The Simalfa line of water based adhesives is designed for bonding foams, fabrics, and virtually any porous substrates. The goals of Simalfa are to offer solutions that are friendly to our environment and to the people who use them, while providing the necessary performance characteristics that positively impact quality and profitability for our customers. To reach these goals, it is our belief that products must be developed to meet the particular applications of each industry. So, although one could assume there are a great deal of similarities among the Simalfa products, it should be understood that all have a designed purpose. Fiber-Shield® does the work of water, soil and stain repellent for fabrics. Specialty products for fine fabrics such as , velour, damask, linen, silk and much more.

Anionic surfactants are negatively charged materials that are available in a variety of chemical types. The main classes being alkyl ether sulfates, alkyl sulfates, alkylbenzene sulfonates, alpha olefin sulfonates, phosphate esters. They are used in a wide range of applications where they provide useful characteristics including, emulsification, solubilisation, wetting, detergency, dispersion and foaming.

NatraSense™ is a 100% bio-based additive that reduces the foaming of high foam surfactants and provides a rinse aid action in auto dishwashing. It gives a reduction in the contact angle of water on a series of common kitchen surfaces including glass, ceramic, stainless steel, and plastic, which ultimately results in better wetting of the surface and faster drying.

MAPROSYL® is a mild, soap-like detergent with excellent wetting and foaming properties. It provides good detergency and good rinsing properties. It is compatible with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants.

Karpetcryl® does the work of water, soil and stain repellent for carpets. Separate products for oriental/wool, nylon, viscose and sisal carpets.

Citrus King® is 100% natural. Our eco-friendly products are not diluted with hazardous kerosene, diesel, hydrocarbon solvents, or other dangerous chemicals. Citrus Depot’s products can be used safely and effectively in a wide range of applications. Citrus King® products, such as degreasers, tar remover, release agents, and more from Citrus Depot are highly effective, biodegradable solvents. The ingredients are all natural, as the main component comes from highly refined citrus peel oil.

W.E. Greer largest commercial line of cleaning products is AIRX. The common thread throughout AIRX products is the inclusion of airicide, which changes the shape of a malodor so that it no longer is perceived as a foul smell.

C-49® is an interior aircraft cleaning compound and effective versatile cleaner for vinyl, fabrics, leather, carpet, plastics, laminates etc. C-49 cleans a wide range of soil conditions with a fresh aroma.

The Naxan® anionic surfactants are a series of sodium salts of alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid. These products provide excellent wetting, dispersing, hydrotroping and medium to low foaming. They offer acid and base stability, hard-water tolerance and high temperature stability. The naxaf® naphthalene sulfonate–formaldehyde condensates are used primarily as dispersants in a wide variety of industrial applications.

ZINADOR™ is a 100% bio-based odor neutralizer that has proven to be effective against a broad range of household and industrial odors. Independent testing by trained panelists has demonstrated the effectiveness of ZINADOR™ against the most common malodors. It requires no emulsifiers or chelators to formulate, making it cost-effective and very easy to use. It is developed and produced using Itaconix polymer technology.

Crodasinic™ is a range of biodegradable anionic surfactants consisting of acyl sarcosines and their sodium salts, sarcosinates. Produced from natural fatty acids and the amino acid derivative, sarcosine, the Crodasinic™ offers a number of functional benefits in a wide variety of personal care, home care and I&I applications.

STEPANPOL® polyester polyols are designed for use in a wide variety of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate applications. We offer a full range of polyols, including those for C.A.S.E. (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers), Flexible Foam, and Rigid Foam applications.

Niaproof is the brand family encompassing emulsifiers, surfactants, and monochloroacetic acid. In food applications, Niaproof SSL and CSL are used in baked goods and desserts. While Niaproof surfactants find applications in industrial detergents and textile conditioning agents. Niaproof MCAA is a chemical intermediary in various reactions relating to agriculture and carboxymethylcellulose.

BIO-SOFT® is a nonionic surfactant blend that is an excellent cleaner, degreaser, and detergent. It can be formulated into concentrates and ready-to-use products for household, industrial, and institutional applications.

Vantocil® IB and Vantocil® TG are aqueous solutions of the powerful antibacterial preservative poly(hexamethylene biguanide) hydrochloride [PHMB], an active offering broad pH tolerance, low foam and good heat stability. Applications are varied, and include surface care, fabric care and automotive care.
