MONROE VANISHING OIL 140 E5 is an odorless, colorless, low-viscosity, petroleum solvent-based product designed for light-gage blanking, stamping, or forming operations. It contains a lubricity additive to provide excellent results on thin-gage stampings. It works well on ferrous and non-ferrous metals alike. This product evaporates rapidly, leaving a slight residue which in most instances may be painted over without the need for additional cleaning operations. A test application with the particular paint/coating in question is recommended.

USI Chemical Silane USi-1301 functions as a surface modifier in fillers and pigments, where it improves the dispersibility of the filler and the mechanical properties - such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus of the composites. The silane also has its application as an adhesion promoter in formulations and primers & reduces the filler's sedimentation tendency in the uncured polymer. USi-1301 also greatly increases water (vapor) and corrosion resistance.

ASTRO-TAP GP is designed for difficult cutting and tapping applications where superior cling and viscosity are required. It performs extremely well on all metals including aluminum, stainless steel, exotic alloys, and cast iron. This product incorporates a unique lubricant and emulsifier which allows residues to be rinsed off with mild alkaline cleaners such as ASTRO-CLEAN D or even plain water.

ASTRO-CUT BCL HW is a heavy-duty, biostable, semi-synthetic, general-purpose metalworking coolant containing approximately 20% mineral oil. This product, when diluted with water, forms a translucent amber emulsion that offers excellent workpiece visibility, good lubricity, and superior cooling. It is designed for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals, except magnesium, and contains chlorine as an extreme pressure additive for greater lubricity. This product incorporates unique additives to prevent the formation of hard water soaps in systems with extremely hard water.

Vuldra 8525 is a water soluble drawing and stamping fluid based on vegetable oil technology. It was designed to replace neat oils used to draw and stamp carbon and stainless steel alloys. The unique combination of boundary lubrication and non-chlorinated extreme pressure additives provides excellent surface finishes even in the most demanding operations. Vuldra 8525 is a clean product that is easily removed by both mildly alkaline and alkaline cleaners.

Hercules EP 2 is an extreme pressure industrial gear oil fulfills the requirements of DIN 51517-3 for CLP type gear oils and U.S. Steel 224 performance. Hercules EP 2 offers good wear protection, safety against scuffing, aging resistance and a high thermal endurance. In addition, the product behave neutral towards conventional seals and bearing metals.

It should be used as received and should not be mixed with water.

This wax can be blended with other casting waxes, like our soft and medium slush casting waxes, to achieve the desired consistency.

It is not recommended for use on magnesium or copper alloys that might stain.

Cutrite 2650 is a semi-synthetic fluid for light to moderate duty machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Cutrite 2650’s emulsifier system is designed to remain stable even in very hard water and yet properly balanced to minimize foam in softer water. Cutrite 2650 is a clean product that provides dependable rancidity control when used in machining centers with individual sumps.

Unfilled Modeling Wax, Soft is a softer, unfilled modeling wax, easily softened by hand heat. Easy to model and sticks to itself readily. Suitable for direct lost wax casting. Harden with green casting wax 1584 or 1584W to produce a firmer modeling wax. Soften with oil or petroleum jelly. We also offer a firmer version . color: Brown.
