Mosselman Soybean Lecithin GMO Free (8002-43-5) is the most important by-product of the edible oil processing industry. Lecithin is obtained from the oil by hydratation of the phosphatides by water, followed by recover by centrifuge and drying. Crude soyabean lecithin is the most principal source of crude lecithin. Soyalecithin is a complex mixture of phosphatides, phytoglycolipids, phytosterols, tocopherols, trigly-cerides and fatty acids.

Cream 45 – Very Light Cut (very high color) Typically used in Metal & Metal Substitute Finishing to polish and finish light soft metals, paints, and plastics.

J-Cut NCL-20 is a heavy duty cutting oil developed to machine difficult metals without the need for chlorinated additives. The extreme pressure lubricants are balanced to provide ease of cut with minimal tool wear. An effective anti-mist additive is incorporated into the J-Cut NCL-20 to reduce misting of the cutting oil during high speed machining operations.

MONROE DRAW 400 AL is a heavy-duty, water-rinseable, drawing, grinding, and machining oil. It has been formulated for use on heavy drawing and blanking operations and has excellent adherence and anti-wipe properties. It can be used on aluminum and both ferrous and non-ferrous metals without staining or rusting. This product incorporates a unique lubricant and emulsifier which allows residues to be rinsed off with mild alkaline cleaners or even plain water.

Hercules EP 0 is an extreme pressure industrial gear oil fulfills the requirements of DIN 51517-3 for CLP type gear oils and U.S. Steel 224 performance. Hercules EP 0 offers good wear protection, safety against scuffing, aging resistance and a high thermal endurance. In addition, the product behave neutral towards conventional seals and bearing metals.

Vulgrind 7410 is a chlorine-free high performance grinding oil based on specially selected, thermally stable base oils. This allows Vulgrind 7410 to provide a consistent level of grinding performance as well as ensuring excellent wetting, lubrication and cooling.

MONROE GRIND 70 EP is a high-performance cutting and grinding oil. This product incorporates boundary lubricants as well as EP additives to provide lubrication. It has an extreme pressure performance feature and a clear amber liquid appearance. This product performs extremely well on all metals including aluminum, stainless steel, and exotic alloys. It should be used as received and should not be mixed with water.

Hercules EP 6 is an extreme pressure industrial gear oil fulfills the requirements of DIN 51517-3 for CLP type gear oils and U.S. Steel 224 performance. ASTRO-CUT HP XBP is a biostable, semi-synthetic, high-pressure, metalworking coolant containing approximately 15% mineral oil. This product has exceptional foam control, hard water stability, and tramp oil rejection while providing outstanding lubricity for machining and grinding. It is compatible with virtually all metals except magnesium and is formulated without the use of chlorine, phenols, nitrites, or DCHA.

J-Cut MO-250-EP is a heavy duty lubricant formulated for the machining and sawing of ferrous and some non-ferrous metals. Orion 1025 is a high performance cutting and grinding fluid for ferrous alloys. This oil-rejecting fluid outperforms conventional coolants in difficult operations. Orion 1025 provides excellent bimetallic corrosion protection to keep parts and machine tools free from in-process rust. In hard or soft water, Orion 1025 forms a stable solution that will not foam. Orion 1025 is a clean fluid that runs with trouble-free dependability.

It can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product is a complex blend of extreme pressure additives, petroleum oil, and rust inhibitors. The corrosion and stain protection package in this product is particularly effective in protecting ferrous metals from rust and/or stain that can plague other products with such a high level of EP. MONROE DRAW 450 EM also incorporates an emulsifier package to aid in the cleaning of parts.

Cutrite 2650 is a semi-synthetic fluid for light to moderate duty machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Cutrite 2650’s emulsifier system is designed to remain stable even in very hard water and yet properly balanced to minimize foam in softer water. Cutrite 2650 is a clean product that provides dependable rancidity control when used in machining centers with individual sumps.

ASTRO-CUT MICRO A XBP is a heavy-duty, mineral oil-based, biostable, micro-emulsion concentrate designed to be water extendable for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. In its concentrated form, it appears as an amber liquid and when diluted it appears translucent. This product has improved biological protection and exceptional foam control for high-pressure operations and is formulated without the use of chlorine.

ASTRO-CUT 2084 CLF PLUS is a heavy-duty, biostable, semi-synthetic, high-pressure metalworking coolant. It combines the superior chemical flexibility of synthetics with mineral oil plus phosphorus and active sulfur extreme-pressure additives. This product has exceptional foam control, hard water stability, and tramp oil rejection. It provides outstanding extreme-pressure lubricity for machining and grinding virtually all ferrous metals, particularly stainless steel and other hard-to-machine alloys. It is not recommended for use on magnesium or copper alloys that might stain.

INOBOND® 325 are solutions of a soluble glass that we dissolve in water. They are available in many different forms and concentrations or ratios. The ratio of silica and potassium oxide, which will vary depending on your desired application.

Slush Casting Wax - Summer, Hard is a high-quality, hard casting wax for lost wax casting. It casts easily, withstands handling when cold without cracking and it burns out cleanly. This wax is firm so can be carved, this is ideal for pouring and painting into molds (slushing) and centrifugal casting. Formulated for high precision work and the ability to reproduce the finest small detail, our hard slush casting wax can be used in summer or whenever the environmental temperature proves to be challenging for soft waxes. This wax can be blended with other casting waxes, like our soft and medium slush casting waxes, to achieve the desired consistency.

Slush Casting Wax - Winter, Soft is a high quality, soft casting wax for lost wax casting. It casts easily, withstands handling when cold without cracking and it burns out cleanly. This sculpture wax is soft and pliable, designed for slush casting in flexible molds. It is an excellent general purpose casting wax that exhibits good results in a wide variety of sculpture applications. Formulated to leave minimum to no residue, our soft slush casting wax can be used in winter or whenever the environmental temperature proves to be challenging for working with hard waxes. This wax can be blended with other casting waxes like our medium or hard slush casting waxes to achieve the desired consistency.

USI Chemical Silane USi-1302 functions as a surface modifier in fillers and pigments, where it improves the dispersibility of the filler and the mechanical properties such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus of the composites. The silane also has its application as an adhesion promoter in formulations and primers & reduces the filler's sedimentation tendency in the uncured polymer. Silane USi-1302 also greatly increases water (vapor) and corrosion resistance.
