Mosselman Soybean Lecithin GMO Free (8002-43-5) is the most important by-product of the edible oil processing industry. Lecithin is obtained from the oil by hydratation of the phosphatides by water, followed by recover by centrifuge and drying. Crude soyabean lecithin is the most principal source of crude lecithin. Soyalecithin is a complex mixture of phosphatides, phytoglycolipids, phytosterols, tocopherols, trigly-cerides and fatty acids.
