SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2310 is an improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings and FAR25.853 performance. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. ELASTOSIL® M 4670 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ 1010AR Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C, improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque and transparent colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM 2300F resin is a standard flow, 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin. The material has global food contact approvals (FDA, CN, EC) and for selected colors it has NSF-51 certification. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers. It offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material can also offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. The material is opaque and can be custom colored. This injection moldable material is FC EU, FDA food contact compliant, NSF/ANSI 61, ACS, WRAS, KTW, and W270 listing for global potable water use for specific colors is available. NORYL WM330G resin exhibits good fatigue performance, excellent long-term hydrolytic stability, very low moisture absorption, heat / hot water resistance and is an excellent candidate for a variety of water management applications such as pump housings, impellers, shower/faucet, membrane housings and valves. This grade offers remarkable stiffness and strength characteristics, making it well-suited for applications in electrical and electronics, energy management, electronic components, and industrial material handling. The compound is processed using injection molding techniques.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance needs to be checked case by case for colored variants. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature.
