Aegis® MBM resin is a terminated, non-delustered, bright, medium dye, medium viscosity nylon 6 resin for carpet fiber and synthetic turf extrusion applications.

Aegis® H100ZP is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for cast or blown film applications. The resin product complies with all food contact regulations. Aegis® H100ZP homopolymer combines strength, toughness and thermoforming properties with excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® PIR-MBM resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® MBM, its standard, non-recycled counterpart.Aegis® PIR-MBM resin is a terminated, non-delustered, bright, medium dye, medium viscosity nylon 6 resin for carpet fiber and synthetic turf extrusion applications.

Aegis® H100NP resin is a medium-viscosity nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for cast or blown film. It offers a combination of strength, toughness and thermoforming properties as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H95ZI resin is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for high-strength monofilament and multifilament applications with typical filament tenacities of 5.0-9.0 gpd

Aegis® H55ZP is an unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for monofilament and multifilament applications as well as carpet fiber.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2030/500 GF30 is a polyamide 6-based polymer with a 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is glycol, hot oil, and chemically resistant, has good flow, easy release properties, and is highly heat stabilized. This polymer is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and machinery applications, and can be used in the manufacturing of engine and drive systems, injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and exterior parts. Typical applications include different automotive powertrain parts, oil pans/sumps, and functional components, as well as housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2015/100 GF15 is a polyamide 6-based product with 15% glass fibers, heat and processing stabilized, and easy release (demolding). It is suitable for building and construction, machinery, clothing/fasteners, and injection-molded parts applications. Pre-drying conditions must be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing temperature for injection molding should be between 270-290°C, mold temperature should be between 80-100°C, and it should be protected from light and stored at temperatures below 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PA6 1000 AG UV 15046 WT1077-15 is a pre-dried polyamide 6-based material with an additive system containing a hygienic material and light stabilizer. It is white in color, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and has antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. This material is suitable for use in personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. When processing with injection molding, the recommended melt temperature should be between 250-270°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PA6 1000 SB1038-21 is a pre-dried polyamide 6 with a hygienic filler/additive system, colored black, with antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It is designed for automotive, personal care, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications, and is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. Typical applications include sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, housings, handles, fittings, and clothing/fasteners.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 1000/170 is a polyamide 6 base polymer that solidifies quickly and is easy to demold. It is heat and processing stabilized, making it suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures between 250-270°C and mold temperatures between 40-80°C. This polymer is suitable for use in the automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. It can be used for injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and for housings and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2015/710 GF15 IM is a high-impact modified, heat-stabilized, nucleated Polyamide 6 filled with 15% glass fibers, suitable for injection molded parts. It is suitable for markets such as automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications such as clothing/fasteners, housings, and functional components. For optimal processing of injection molding, melt temperature should be 270-290°C and mold temperature should be 80-100°C.

For processing, injection molding should be used with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. Typical applications include housings, clothing and fasteners due to its easy release (demolding), low warpage and easy flow properties.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 3230/120 GB20 GF10 is a polyamide 6 base polymer that is processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. This polymer contains 20% glass beads and 10% glass fibers, is heat stabilized, and has easy flow, easy release (demolding), and fast solidifying properties. It is suitable for use in the automotive market for injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and interior decoration/finishing such as racking/shelving, housings, and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 3030/109 GB30 BK12-950 is a high heat stabilized polyamide 6 with a 30% glass beads filler/additive system, designed for injection molding applications in the automotive, machinery, electrical, and electronic markets. The melt temperature should be 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be 80-100°C. Typical applications include housings, engine covers, different automotive powertrain parts, and parts for scooters and motorcycles.

It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature ranging from 270-290°C and a mold temperature ranging from 80-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 1000/716 IM is a heat stabilized, impact modified, injection molding grade, processing stabilized, and nucleated polyamide 6 base polymer. It is suitable for automotive, machinery, clothing/fasteners and injection molded parts applications and is suitable for functional components and housings. To ensure the quality of the product, it should be stored in a dry and dark environment, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2030/140 GF30 FR is a Polyamide 6 base polymer with 30% glass fibers as a filler/additive system. It is halogen-free, flame retardant, heat stabilized, nucleated and processing stabilized, making it easy to demold. It is suitable for use in the Automotive, Building and Construction, Machinery, Electrical and Electronic markets, and has typical applications such as functional components and housings. For injection molding, it should be used with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.

Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing parameters include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It should be stored dry and protected from light, not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 FC 3030/520.01 GB30 UV is a heat stabilized, injection molding grade polyamide 66 with 30% glass beads, designed for applications in the food contact industry such as domestic appliances, clothing/fasteners, and various others. Pre-drying conditions for this product require 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. For processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C should be used. Additionally, this product features easy release (demolding).
