MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2015/100 GF15 is a polyamide 6-based product with 15% glass fibers, heat and processing stabilized, and easy release (demolding). It is suitable for building and construction, machinery, clothing/fasteners, and injection-molded parts applications. Pre-drying conditions must be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing temperature for injection molding should be between 270-290°C, mold temperature should be between 80-100°C, and it should be protected from light and stored at temperatures below 30°C.
