This injection moldable grade was developed for high heat applications and exhibits a good balance of heat resistance, strrength, and electrical performance. NORYL™ GFN1720 resin is an excellent candidate for applications requirinng electrically insulating properties, such as ignition coils and bobbins. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3153 A/B is a liquid, solvent-free silicone rubber designed for coatings on textile-braided cables and a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. The product has good adhesion to glass fiber and common textiles. It provides a glossy surface and may be diluted with Isopar E or other aliphatic hydrocarbons.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 1000/170 is a polyamide 6 base polymer that solidifies quickly and is easy to demold. It is heat and processing stabilized, making it suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures between 250-270°C and mold temperatures between 40-80°C. This polymer is suitable for use in the automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. It can be used for injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and for housings and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PBT+ASA A 4212/507 MR/GF12 is a polybutylene terephthalate + acrylonitrile styrene acrylate with 12% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system. It is pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 90-115°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.04%. During injection molding, the melt temperature should be set between 250-280°C and the mold temperature between 60-100°C. This material has low warpage, easy flow, impact modified, and heat stabilized properties, making it suitable for interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and various other applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 1000/546 FR is a flame retardant polypropylene homopolymer that is processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It is known for its easy flow, easy release (demolding), and heat stabilized properties. It is commonly used in the electrical and electronic, building and construction market segments for injection molded parts, electrical components, and clothing/fasteners, with typical applications including fixing elements, functional components, and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4920/108 MR20 is a polypropylene homopolymer heat stabilized, easy release (demolding) and processing stabilized, suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and mold temperature of 20-70°C. It is suitable for automotive, electrical, and electronic applications like housings, functional components, interior decoration/finishing, and clothing/fasteners. To maintain its quality, keep it dry and protected from light at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 3020/100 GB20 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with 20% glass beads, heat stabilized, easy release (demolding), and processing stabilized. It is suitable for building and construction, automotive, packaging, and injection molded parts, exterior parts, clothing/fasteners, and interior decoration/finishing applications. Pre-drying conditions are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It should be dry and stored in a cool place, not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4815/510 MR15 IM is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer that is processed by injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It contains 15% chalk and has special features such as impact modification, injection molding grade, heat stabilization, easy release (demolding), and processing stabilization. It is used in electrical and electronic, automotive, and other applications such as electrical components, interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, functional components, fixing elements, and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 1000/140 FR GY1071-14LS is a polypropylene homopolymer with a filler/additive system of laser optimization and special features of laser etchable (dark etching), processing stabilized, easy release (demolding), and heat stabilized. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications such as injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and electrical components and is commonly used for functional components and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/667 is a Base Polymer made of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer that features improved surface, low gloss, and heat stabilization. It is used in the Automotive Market Segment for injection molded parts and clothing/fasteners. Pre-drying Conditions require 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. For Processing Injection molding, a melt temperature between 200-240°C and a mold temperature between 50-80°C is recommended. Additionally, it should be stored dry and protected from light, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2030/150 GF30 CP is a heterophasic copolymer made of polypropylene and 30% glass fibers, coupled together chemically and easy to remove. It is heat and processing stable, and is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 200-250°C and mold temperatures of 20-70°C. It is most commonly used for automotive purposes such as functional components, powertrain parts, housings, fixing elements, interior and exterior decoration and finishing. To ensure optimal results, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at temperatures of 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.
