MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PBT+ASA A 4212/507 MR/GF12 is a polybutylene terephthalate + acrylonitrile styrene acrylate with 12% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system. It is pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 90-115°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.04%. During injection molding, the melt temperature should be set between 250-280°C and the mold temperature between 60-100°C. This material has low warpage, easy flow, impact modified, and heat stabilized properties, making it suitable for interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and various other applications.
