ARCOR® EE-92 is an Epoxy Rebuild compound that closely resembles our EE-94 variant in terms of resin and amine composition, with the distinction of incorporating smaller mesh Ceramic Beads. By combining these high crush strength ceramic beads with the addition of robust Kevlar fibers, EE-92 exhibits an exceptional level of impact, abrasion, and compressive strengths. K-FLEX® UD-320 is a high solids, aliphatic, low molecular weight urethane diol oligomer. It is soluble in polar organic solvents and has broad compatibility with acrylic, polyester, and alkyd resins. K-FLEX® UD-320 will increase the hardness of a melamine crosslinked system. When used to modify a 2-component polyurethane, it will increase hardness and flexibility. K-FLEX® UD-320 responds best to a zirconium chelate catalyst when used in isocyanate crosslinked systems.

Synthetic cis-butadiene rubber BR-1243 Nd HV is a product of polymerization of butadiene in solution in the presence of rare-earth metal-base catalysts with addition of an antioxidant, which contains at least 97% of 1,4-cisbonds. The polymer contains no nitrosamines or substances that may be a source of nitrosamines.

Vycel U-3000 is a low viscosity diluent, low odor and water-white extender.

NBR 4045 is essentially an acrylonitrile (36-40%) and 1,3-butadiene copolymer obtained by emulsion polymerization method with the use of fatty acid soaps as emulsifier in accordance with the ecologically clean technology. High content of acrylonitrile, very high oil resistance.

K-FLEX® XM-359 is designed to provide long pot life in 2K polyurethanes and to prevent yellowing resulting from interaction with benzotriazole (BZT) UV absorbers in clearcoat systems. K-FLEX® XM-359 is a saturated, aliphatic resin modifier.

Epic Resins Epic S7045 is a two component, extremely fast-curing epoxy adhesive. The 1 to 1 mix ratio, rapid cure and good adhesion offered by this epoxy resin adhesive system make it ideal for many applications. This epoxy adhesive is particularly useful for field repairs. Epic S7045 adhesive is recommended for any application requiring bonding of wood, metal, plastics and/or concrete.

JSR PN30A is powdered product of N230S.

ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX is a highly effective internal lubricant and dispersing aid for specialty elastomers, like HNBR, XNBR, ECO and exotic polymers. ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX is a synergistic blend of primary amide and a highly thermal stable fatty acid derivative, thus shrinkage after post curing will not be affected. ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX improves mold and extrusion flow, prevents sticking on metallic surfaces and greatly enhances surface feel and finish of finished rubber articles.

MIX2FIX GP Gel Adhesive is a two-component, non-sag, epoxy adhesive/repair paste. It is 100% solids, contains no solvents, and is extremely easy to mix and apply. This product incorporates a blue dye which becomes clear when correctly mixed with the hardener components. Its convenient 1:1 mix ratio allows easy mixing.

Vibac® Industrial Strapping Tape 102 are made of a high thickness polypropylene and are designed for applications where high resistance to tensile stress, breakage and aging is required. These tapes are solvent and thinner resistant and provide instant adhesion. They possess excellent quick stick properties and stick to a wide variety of irregular shaped surfaces.

JSR N239SV is easy processing and has good balanceof oil resistance and cold resistance.

Mercure TBBS is delayed action sulphenamide alone or in combination with small quantities of booster accelerators is widely used in NR, SBR, NR/BR/SBR blend, NBR and other synthetic rubber based compounds used for the manufacture of auto tire treads, sidewalls, casings, cycle tires & tubes, conveyor & V-belts, tire retreading & repair materials, footwear, hoses, cables, injection molded products and various compression / transfer molded as well as extruded rubber goods.

Heroflon MG1-FF is a PTFE homopolymer which is free-flowing powder grade.

Duhor® N-PL/S is a flame retardant and smoke suppressor. DUHOR® N-PL/S is surface untreated white powder of magnesium hydroxide with limited particle size distribution and specific morphological properties.

ELASTASEAL Gallons 2100EG-2 is a 100% solids, high grade, elastomeric epoxy system designed for applications requiring high elongation in moderate environments. ELASTASEAL Gallons 2100EG-2 is able to handle moisture, adjust from freeze to thaw, manage temperature changes and perform in mildly acidic and alkaline environments. Merdonor DTDM is Dithiodicaprolactam compound which is used as sulfur donor in rubber industry.

Mertizer which is Mixture of pentachlorothiophenol, kaolin, mineral oil & organic binders is used as chemical peptiser in rubber industry.

Mernox 6C is N (Cyclohexylthio) phthalimide compound which is used as retarders in rubber industry.

LS 770 is recommended to be used in polypropylene, impact modified PP(TPO),EPDM, polystyrene ,impact polystyrene ABS,SAN,ASA and polyurethanes and is also effective in polyamides and polyacetals. LS 770 is a low molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer that provides excellent light stability for thick sections and films in the recommended substrates. Benefits of using LS770 is the high light‐stabilizing performance, particularly in PP thick sections. It has broad compatibility and can be easily dispersed. The recommended concentrations range between 0.1% and 0.5%,depending on the substrate, processing conditions and application. The optimum level is substrate and application specific.
