Garland Manufacturing Company was the first North American processor of UHMW Polyethylene, beginning our work with UHMW in the mid 1950's. With nearly 60 years of experience in manufacturing UHMW PE, our capabilities have grown to include over 350 stock and custom profile extrusions and profile shapes; a wide variety of UHMW board, UHMW rod, UHMW sheet, UHMW tubes and UHMW tapes; and complete CNC machining and assembly capabilities of finished parts. Our stock sizes of our virgin grade, Gar-Dur brand of UHMW Polyethylene are inventoried in 10 foot, 30 foot, and 50 foot lengths. Garland specializes in complex profile extrusion, extrusion in long lengths (custom to over 300' long), and custom blends and additive formulations of UHMW to achieve increased lubricity, UV resistance, antimicrobial properties, decreased coefficient of friction, and a wide variety of other physical and mechanical requirements.

Chemitac® adhesives are used for single-layer or double-layer bonding of compounds to substrates such as metals, plastics, glass, ceramics and textile fibers by the curing process or by vulcanization.

CSR™ is a versatile modified alkali system that can be effectively used in place of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide as a cleaning and neutralization agent. It is unique because it has a freeze point of -40°F (-40°C) and 30 minutes of skin protection on contact.

303 Good Stuff™ is a white, extremely tacky and adhesive grease designed for the most rigorous operating conditions. 303 Good Stuff™ is highly waterproof and provides the toughness necessary to protect equipment under extremely heavy loads.

HIDROL-ED is a high performance multipurpose mineral hydraulic oil which is produced from high quality mineral base oils and several kinds of special additives.

Roller/Brush Rubber® is a uniquely engineered single component asphalt material that has been modified using the highest quality materials known to us. This Safe To Use, Water-Based, Non-Toxic, Free Of Noxious Odors and Free Of V.O.C.s product is available as a hand-applied or as a spray-applied product that meets and or exceeds all parameters set forth by the EPA

Wilclear® is a readily soluble food grade 60% sodium or potassium lactate solution. Great for sites where rapidly established anaerobic conditions are needed, nitrate reduction, and perchlorate degradation.

Premier Rubber Membrane® system is a modified asphalt emulsion system using exact formulated polymers providing unique elastomeric performance. This product is engineered to achieve a seamless monolithic membrane that will bond 100% to most construction materials.

NOVEL Ethoxylates, nonionic surfactants, can be used in a variety of household and industrial cleaning applications. These unique surfactants will maximize your cleaning formulations with its fast cleaning kinetics and high performance characteristics. This product range is characterized by the following useful properties: high detergency and surface activity, good hard water stability, synergistic effects with other surfactants, favorable environmental characteristics, favorable emulsifying power, chemical stability over a wide pH range and user friendly viscosity and storage behavior. These characteristics make these products an ideal raw material building block for washing powder, detergent tablets, liquid detergents, detergency boosters, all-purpose cleaners, bathroom cleaners, floor cleaners, dishwashing detergents, vehicle cleaners and other defoamer and emulsifier applications.

Flexisurf™ surfactant wetting agents and specialty foamers perform under conditions where conventional surfactants fall short.

HCR® is a proprietary, eco-friendly Modified Acid™ that minimizes the hazardous exposure levels, corrosion rates and negative HSE properties of commonly used acids while delivering excellent performance penetrating, solubilizing and removing scale. HCR® is a modified acid that provides superior performance to commodity acids for a wide range of water treatment and industrial cleaning and descaling applications.

LPA Solvent is a high-purity mixture of hydrotreated isoparaffins and naphthenics with very low levels of polynuclear aromatics. It is a clear liquid with a medium flash point and mild odor.

RE-FLEX TPU is highly versatile and can be easily processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, vacuum forming, solution coating and compounding. Parts made from RE-FLEX can be welded, sterilized, printed, painted, laser marked, colored, machined and die-cut.
