Nylacast H.S Blue is heat stabilized cast nylon, easily distinguished by its blue color. Additives in the form of high temperature resistant colorants, heat stabilizers and UV stabilizers allow HS Blue to better retain its mechanical properties in applications operating at higher temperatures.

Inhance Fluoro-Seal UH-1250 are a range of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) particles that are surface activated, making them highly compatible and dispersible in formulated systems. Posessing surface energies up to 60 dynes/cm, these particles are easily dispersible in CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) formulations, imparting abrasion resistance, wear resistance, reducing coefficient of friction and increasing mechanical strength.

Nylacast Aquanyl PA 6/12 is a copolymer of nylon 6 and nylon 12 produced via the anionic polymerization process using the monomer’s of caprolactam and Laurinlactam. Laurinlactam has a similar effect to a plasticizer, but being a copolymer does not suffer the “Leeching out” problems of many plasticisers. The aim is to impart a greater degree of resilience to the material, for which purpose the copolymerisation method is very successful.

Liquid-O-Ring® PM600MN1 is a heavy-duty, all-purpose lubricant made with moly. It is tacky and has very high shockabsorbing abilities. PM600M is manufactured with exceptional adhesive and cohesive properties, allowing longer service intervals. PM600M forms a lubricating film that prevents metal-to-metal contact and reduces operating temperatures. It is non-melting, water resistant, and protects against corrosion as it lubricates. PM600M is available in NLGI grades 1, 2, and 3.

H & B Industries HB-1150 HyGuard AW Hydraulic Oil ISO GRADES 22 is blended from highly refined paraffinic base stock oils and selected additives to provide an oil suitable for a wide variety of hydraulic applications. It is available in various ISO grades, all with excellent low temperature flow characteristics and high viscosity indexes. It offers maximum performance with no gumming or hardening of seals. It is blended using base stocks which have excellent resistance to emulsification and high resistance to foaming.

PCC Chemax Dodecylphenol Premium is a dense, viscous, light yellow liquid with a characteristic phenolic odor. It is a mixture of isomers containing mainly para-dodecylphenol. Dodecylphenol Premium is characterized by significantly reduced amount of light alkylphenols, including nonylphenol. Product has also improved color compared to standard quality dodecylphenol. Dodecylphenol Premium is difficult to dissolve in water and is very soluble in aliphatic alcohols, ketones, esters and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Gear Lube Straight Viscosity SAE Grades 90wt is a premium quality multi-purpose gear lubricants which provide superior performance that is obtained through the use quality base oils and a select extreme pressure additive system. BONDiT™ C-6 offers a wide range of capabilities for promoting single coat chemical bonding between coatings, sealants and adhesives of very diverse properties to mineral and polymer substrates. It is used as a primer coat for other BONDiT™ coatings and encapsulants.

Roksol HSG is a fire resistant hydraulic fluid for mining, coke, iron and steel and metallurgical industries. The product is based on natural oil, surfactants, glycols, polymers, corrosion inhibitors and a special package of enhancing additives and water. It is a mixture in the form of red, oily liquid with a cloudiness tendency.

PolyFlo PFA PF-340 is a Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) material. It is available in North America.

ZetaPol 8840-AC is a blended product based on natural minerals. It is a powdered, semi-granular formulation, which is added directly into the waste water. The components of the formulation dissolve and react in sequence. ZetaPol 8840-AC work by ion exchange, coagulation, flocculation and precipitation.

Nylacast Moly is a cast nylon material in which improved crystallization occurs by the addition of Molybdenum Disulphide. On account of this the superficial hardness increases (providing excellent machine ability) and simultaneously the general mechanical and anti-friction properties are improved. Due to the fact that the crystal structure breaks down immediately before the melting temperature is reached, the thermal properties of the material are improved over the basic grade.

TMF-300™ Check Film is a clear film product designed to control static electricity. It is a high tensile, high tear strength polyester film surfaced with Scicron Technologies proprietary, clear, C-300™ static dissipative coating. This unique technology prevents charge generation on the film surface, thereby controlling particulate attraction and preventing electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. This performance is permanent and totally independent of humidity. The film also exhibits excellent clarity, toughness, chemical resistance, surface hardness, mar resistance, and dimensional stability.

The Micronized Products Mica 325# range of products are obtained as a co-product from the pegmatite ore at our mining operation situated in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. After separation the Mica is delaminated, screened, milled and classified to specific size specifications.
