Borchi® Gel PW 25 is a HEUR rheology modifier ( Hydrophobically modified Ethoxylated Ur ethane copolymer rheology modifier). This solution works well as a low shear range thickener for improved rheological profiles in coatings. Borchi® Gel PW 25 is an emulsifier-, APEO-, and organo tin-free non-ionic polyurethane-based thickener for water-based coatings.

MIN-U-GEL 400 is a hydrous magnesium aluminum silicate with gelling and rheological properties used to thicken and stabilize aqueous systems. Andifil AS 200 is a medium surface fumed silica which imparts a significant increase in viscosity in liquid systems, free flow of powders and reinforcement of silicone and organic rubbers.

DISPARLON® A671-EZ is an easy to use, post addable pre-activated polyamide thixotropic agent in mineral spirits. Recommended for DIY and industrial stains for anti-settling and pigment orientation. It is a softer paste version of A670-20M.

DISPARLON® 6900-20X is a thixotropic agent in paste form consisting of a dispersion of swollen particles of a unique synthetic amide wax. It is easily incorporated into many vehicles and/or solvents and develops an exceptionally strong and long retained thixotropic structure.

CLiQFLOW® 675 VR is a tin-free polyurethane based rheological additivefor aqueous clear and pigmented systems. The associative thickener increases mid and high shear viscosity and provides a slightly shear thinning flow behavior to aqueous systems.

In aqueous systems, such as emulsion paints and plasters, the use of Deuteron XG prevents a deposition of the pigments and extenders as well as a separation of the liquid phase during storage. The applicability of the paints is improved. Deuteron XG is compatible with most binders and thickeners which are customary in the paint industry.Deuteron XG is insoluble in most organic liquids. The product is fully soluble in water and mixtures of organic liquids with a water proportion of at least 60 %. Pre-wetting of Deuteron XG with glycols at a ratio of 1 : 1 accelerates the swelling- and dissolution process. Aqueous solutions of Deuteron XG show a high pseudoplasticity. High rate of shear lowers the viscosity. Reducing the shear rate increases viscosity again. Solutions of Deuteron XG are stable regarding the pH-value and temperature. There is almost no change in stability from pH 2 – 12. Deuteron VT 930 prevents settling of pigments and fillers and separation of the liquid phase during storage. Application is made easier through pronounced structural viscosity.
