ECONYL® colorants are highly concentrated binder and solvent free ready to use water based pigment dispersions. The high tinting strength, VOC and APEO free colorants are recommended for in-plant tinting of various water and solvent based systems. Maximum stability and dispersability is guaranteed due to a patented wetting and dispersing agent platform.

MicroWhite products are pigmented polymers for adding colored effects to paints and coatings.

Often, fillers have to meet very special requirements. In such cases not only good dispersion characteristics are of importance, but also mechanical and dynamic properties of the final products. Improved electrical insulation resistance, better aging and fluid resistance in many materials and improved anticorrosion properties have a crucial role to play in many areas. At Hoffmann Mineral, we developed Aktisil to meet such customer requirements. This special filler is made by treating the surface of Neuburg Siliceous Earth with chemical agents, mostly silanes. The reaction by-products (e.g. alcohol) formed during the manufacture of the different products of Aktisil are largely removed right away during the process. The coupling reaction fixes the silane to the surface of the filler. Any undesirable side-effects that can occur during mixing by direct addition of the silane are virtually eliminated. So the customer can choose from a complete product range of many different types of Aktisil. This is the result of many years of in-house experience and of close cooperation with customers. Basonat® polyisocyanates are crosslinkers for two-component Polyurethane coatings for the automotive and industrial coatings industry. Basonat® harderners have an influence on the curing time of the systems.

ECOTINT® SB contains 12 Solvent Based colorants providing full coverage of RAL colors. Their main use is high performance, non-aqueous industrial and maintenance coatings such as construction, furniture lacquers, automotive refinishing, marine coatings, flooring and road marking.

BECKOSOL AQ® Alkyd Latex are waterborne alkyds that offer traditional alkyd performance in a near zero VOC waterborne form. These innovative products enable coating suppliers to surpass all current and future VOC regulations while still providing classic performance demanded by consumers.

HALOX® Corrosion Inhibitors are effective against flash rusting and in-can corrosion, though the benefits of using these products does not end there. Our HALOX® Corrosion Inhibitors are ideally suited for high gloss, thin film, and clear coat applications. They also provide superior synergy when used in combination with inorganic corrosion inhibitors in traditional coatings. To achieve desired performance of your resin system proper selection of HALOX® Inhibitors is essential.

The Helio Beit® UN-Series is a range of readily to use pigment pastes for easy use in a large number of solvent-based one-and two-pack coating systems. The pastes are especially suitable for use in dispensing equipment, particularly in combination with base-paint systems.

ALKID, IMPERAC – the most popular in the paint and varnish industry, based on synthetic resins. Our production covers long-oil, medium-oil, short-oil and high-solid alkyd resins – IMPERAC resins are a response to market demands concerning VOC emission. IMPERAC covers both 100% liquid alkyd resins, dedicated to the production of paste paints, and basic resins dedicated to the manufacture of high solids. Where possible, IMPERAC resins are used in combination with ‘medium-solid’ alkyd resins to obtain satisfactory results in terms of VOC emission. The production of all alkyd resins is based on various parameters, which allows us to supply raw materials perfectly adapted to the needs and expectations of our customers.

NACURE® acid catalysts accelerate the amino crosslinked reaction by reducing the temperature and time needed to cure the system. These systems are commonly used for primer and top coat formulations in the auto OEM market. Selecting the proper NACURE acid catalyst could improve the crosslinking of the final film. These tough high performance films can exhibit improved moisture/corrosion resistance, higher gloss, excellent exterior durability and improved adhesion.

TERACHEM® Epoxy Colorants are designed for use with new-generation 100% solids epoxy coatings systems for high-performance applications with minimal VOC, including high-solids, near-zero VOC, and zero VOC for use in epoxy floor coatings, as well as in adhesives, sealants and elastomers. The Terachem® predispersed pigments are based on epoxy chemistry that provides 100% reactivity in all epoxy-resin formulas, good durability, lightfastness and chemical resistance. These commercially available color concentrates allow the coatings formulator to take advantage of new technology without the need to develop and produce in-house colorant.

K-FLEX® diols are solventless liquid polyester diols that range in viscosity from 400-12,000 cPs and can add a balance of flexibility while retaining hardness. They are especially suited for adhesives that require good clarity and low color development.

NatureFine products are finely micronized biodegradable waxes that impart lubricity with rub and abrasion resistance, and are ideal for high natural content coatings.
