HeBoCoat® boron nitride suspensions and sprays are versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications. Our HeBoCoat® product family comprises a wide range of different boron nitride coatings based on water or ethanol. These are particularly suitable for use in the high-temperature range and at the same time more in demand than ever for new fields of application. The high-quality brand HeBoCoat® offers a multi-faceted product spectrum for the most diverse application requirements. The use of intelligent binder systems and different boron nitride powder qualities enables tailor-made solutions that ensure high reliability and safety in the production process.

ECONYL® colorants are highly concentrated binder and solvent free ready to use water based pigment dispersions. The high tinting strength, VOC and APEO free colorants are recommended for in-plant tinting of various water and solvent based systems. Maximum stability and dispersability is guaranteed due to a patented wetting and dispersing agent platform.

AKRYVIL – water dispersions of acrylic, styrene acrylic and vinyl acrylic copolymers are high-quality products. Their production process is based on various parameters such as dry matter content, viscosity, average particle size, vitrification temperature or minimum film formation temperature. This allows us to supply raw materials perfectly adapted to the needs and expectations of our customers.

IrisECO is our series of water-based high concentrated pigment dispersions for in-plant tinting. Developed for architectural paints, is used also in industrial paints, wood coatings and various other applications.

ALKID, IMPERAC – the most popular in the paint and varnish industry, based on synthetic resins. Our production covers long-oil, medium-oil, short-oil and high-solid alkyd resins – IMPERAC resins are a response to market demands concerning VOC emission. IMPERAC covers both 100% liquid alkyd resins, dedicated to the production of paste paints, and basic resins dedicated to the manufacture of high solids. Where possible, IMPERAC resins are used in combination with ‘medium-solid’ alkyd resins to obtain satisfactory results in terms of VOC emission. The production of all alkyd resins is based on various parameters, which allows us to supply raw materials perfectly adapted to the needs and expectations of our customers.

IrisColor is our series of universal pigment dispersions specific for architectural paints and enamels for interiors and exteriors, formulated to be used for in-plant tinting.

IrisBlendW is our series of water-based colorants, specific for architectural paints for interiors and exteriors, designed to be used with tinting equipment.

DIACRON™ are saturated copolymerized polyester resins used for coatings, inks, and adhesive applications. They have good adhesion to metals, polyester film, polycarbonate, and can be cross-linked with isocyanates, melamine, and epoxies. *DIACRON™ is provided by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, a member of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group.

Titanium Dioxide is the most important and the most common inorganic pigment with global sales of approx. 6.5 mil tons annually. It has the highest covering power and scattering power and is used in manufacturing of coating and plastic materials, paper, leather, rubber, enamel, ceramics, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fibers, and other industries.

IrisBlend U is our series of universal colorants, specific for architectural paints for interiors and exteriors, designed to be used into tinting equipment.

PHENODUR® phenolic resins mainly find use in industrial and packaging coatings, in combination with other types of resins, such as epoxies, acrylics and polyesters. PHENODUR®specially formulated solvent-based and waterborne resins are designed for use in coatings applied to the interior of metal food containers, and include phenolic resin systems that can be used to make Bisphenol A- and BADGE-free interior can coatings.

IMAGITINT Machine Colorants are Universal Type and are designed to have a broad compatibility with water based emulsion paints and solvent-based decorative alkyd enamel paints. IMAGITINT Machine Colorants are specifically formulated for the use in volumetric dispensing machines and for volumetric in-plant tinting. IMAGITINT Machine Colorants are suited for accurate and easy dispensing via automated and manual dispensing machines. IMAGITINT Machine Colorants are rigidly controlled for color strength, tone and disperse easily and completely in most decorative paint bases. However, compatibility should be re-ascertained after any change in paint base formulation. IMAGITINT Machine Colorants remain in suspension with minimum agitation and do not skin. Canisters should be properly capped after every top up / addition.

AKRYSOLV is a group of solvent acrylic resins. Depending on the type, they are dedicated to the production of two-component polyurethane products and one-component acrylic enamels and paints. Compared to conventional alkyds, they feature better resistance and decorative properties. Their production is based on an optimized recipe, which allows us to obtain products with a high-performance quality, perfectly adapted to the needs and expectations of customers.
