Meghapon® dyes are solvent soluble metal complex dyes, with excellent solubilities in polar organic solvents like alcohols, ketones and glycol ethers, as well as good overall fastness properties. They are suitable for coloration of writing inks, wood stains, leather finish, flexographic and gravure inks and paints based on polar solvents.

Polyester-Based TPU HF-4098Aby Huafon Group is a polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane grade. It is recommended for Tube&hose, Fabric coating, compounding, Film, Fire hose, Animal ear tag and Accessories Applications.

Skychem Black B-PA are pre-dispersed pigments in polyamide resin carrier. Skysperse PA pigmented chips are used for formulating flexographic and rotogravure printing inks with excellent adhesion to polyolefin and other film substrates.Black B-PA pigmented chips are pre-dispersed pigments in polyamide resin carrier.

Skychem Blue BN-NCA are pre-dispersed pigments in both SS and rs grade nitrocellulose. Ss grade pigmented chips are alcohol soluble for the usage of flexo and gravure printing inks for paper, aluminum foils, plastic films. Rs grade pigmented chips are ester soluble for application in paints, lacquers, leather finishes, cosmetics. Inks made from Skysperse NC pigmented chips have excellent transparency, gloss and resistance to scrub and rub. Skysperse NC pigmented chips are available in both chip and paste forms. As dictated by the applications, the paste dispersions may be available as either super transparent pigments with properties comparable to the chip products or as highly dispersed concentrates with somewhat less transparency. It can provide maximum application compatibility.Blue BN-NCA are pre-dispersed pigments in both SS and RS grade nitrocellulose.

TATREN HF 3 22 is a homopolymer intended for processing on high-speed BOPPF lines. Thanks its special molecular structure it has broad processing window. Produced films have very good stiffness although TATREN HF 3 22 is very elastic during processing. TATREN HF 3 22 contains neither slip nor antiblocking agent. It is calcium stearate free. TATREN HF 3 22 is characterized by very stable and uniform melt flow, very good adhesion to outer layers. It does not break during orienting and has excellent optical properties – low haze and high gloss.

MECOSTAT-3/09 surface antistatic agent is a highly effective liquid coating material for the antistatic finishing of plastic surfaces as well as for improving slip properties. The coating´s resistance to temperature ensures that subsequent thermoforming can be performed without suffering any damage. Furthermore, the antistatic finishing of the material remains virtually unaffected by the stretching of the material during the thermoforming process.

Alcure® 4400 is a general purpose, polymeric aliphatic isocyanate hardener based on ipdi and blocked with E-caprolactam. When properly formulated in coating powders, this product will yield a coating with excellent flow and good overall physical properties.

UROTUF® L522-MPW-40 is an anionic dispersion of an aliphatic, urethane polymer provided at 40% solids in N-methylpyrrolidone and water. This product is similar to UROTUF® L52-MPW-30 except for being hight in solids (40% versus 30%) and containing significantly less NMP solvent (5% versus 12%).

Nitrocellulose DLX 5/8 by Nobel NC is a film forming resin having low nitrogen content. It is based on dice wood pulp. Applicable for wood coating including film coatings, primers and spray lacquer and aqueous leather coatings. Nitrocellulose DLX 5/8 is also used in flexographic and gravure inks.
