The use is simple and does not require heating or special equipment.

Products made from BioPBS™ can be disposed of along with organic waste. BioPBS™ has no adverse effects on the environment and is naturally compostable, without requiring a specialized composting facility.

Pigment preparations Versanyl® are hydrofilic, highly concentrated, well flowing pigment pastes containing non-ionic and/or anionic wetting and dispersing agents. They do not contain APEO (Alkyl Phenyl Ethoxylates) and do not contain organic volatile components, collectively named VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). One in another is mixing in any conditions and ratios. They are determined above all for the production of waterbased paints based on polyvinylacetate, acrylate, styren-acrylate, epoxide, polyurethane and alkyde dispersions. They are suitable also for staining of woods. They give semitransparent shades.

ColorTrac Web Offset H/S news inks have been formulated for the heatset news and advertising insert market using a state-of-the-art high molecular weight resin system which delivers superior press performance in every aspect of the lithographic printing process. They provide superior print quality, productivity, reduced waste, and excellent compatibility with a wide range of fountain solutions. Rub resistance and drying properties are excellent, even at the highest press speeds. All standard ColorTrac ink systems are formulated to meet ISO 2846-1 standards for shade and hue and have been proven to meet G-7 print requirements and certification. The ColorTrac system is available in several different tack ranges for use on many different types of paper and end use print requirements.

SYNPRINT is based on our proprietary self-crosslinking technology. This technology combines two different crosslinking mechanisms on the same polymer backbone, substantially increasing the chemical resistance, water resistance and adhesion to multiple substrates. Often, fillers have to meet very special requirements. In such cases not only good dispersion characteristics are of importance, but also mechanical and dynamic properties of the final products. Improved electrical insulation resistance, better aging and fluid resistance in many materials and improved anticorrosion properties have a crucial role to play in many areas. At Hoffmann Mineral, we developed Aktisil to meet such customer requirements. This special filler is made by treating the surface of Neuburg Siliceous Earth with chemical agents, mostly silanes. The reaction by-products (e.g. alcohol) formed during the manufacture of the different products of Aktisil are largely removed right away during the process. The coupling reaction fixes the silane to the surface of the filler. Any undesirable side-effects that can occur during mixing by direct addition of the silane are virtually eliminated. So the customer can choose from a complete product range of many different types of Aktisil. This is the result of many years of in-house experience and of close cooperation with customers. Basonat® polyisocyanates are crosslinkers for two-component Polyurethane coatings for the automotive and industrial coatings industry. Basonat® harderners have an influence on the curing time of the systems.
