CoatOSil™ DSA 6 friction modifier is a silicone micro resin and an excellent candidate to consider for use as an additive to help improve the performance of coatings. In addition to providing silicone lubricity, CoatOSil™ DSA 6 friction modifier has a lower specific gravity than conventional inorganic fine powders and typically has superior heat and chemical resistance as compared with conventional organic fine powders.

Bondthane™ UD-263 is an excellent blend of flexibility, abrasion resistance and gloss. It can be used in leather or PVC topcoats.

OLGAMID 2115 100 is a reactive polyamidoamine epoxy curing agent.

Bondthane™ UD-211 provides excellent abrasion resistance. It is used in leather or PVC topcoats and ink binders.

CURING AGENT P 65 is a diisocyanate dissolved in non-toxic and not flammable solvent, designed to cross-link polyols (polyethers and polyesters), polyurethanes and elastomers (natural rubber, chloroprene, etc.).

ProHere® E 00005 is designed for formulating anti-corrosion primers and pre-treatment sealers for metallic substrates to provide excellent adhesion to various metallic substrates like steel, electroplated steel and aluminum. In addition, it provides excellent water resistance and chemical resistance to acids and many solvents.

ADDAPT PolySurF ACE is a solvent free polymerisable additive. It imparts benefits like: acid resistance, high gloss, excellent pigment wetting, water repellence, film appearance, UV stability and improved adhesion to thermoplastics. It is the Acrylic Acid adduct of the epoxy ester of Versatic Acid.

Bondthane™ UD-275 is a medium soft NMP free waterborne polyurethane dispersion suitable for many flexible substrate coating applications. UD-275 can be used on flexible plastics, PVC, leather, bonded leather, and other flexible films. It uses alternate co-solvent to replace NMP.

Talc MP 12-50 is designed for use in interior and exterior architectural coatings as well as industrial primers and topcoats. Talc’s chemically inert nature improves the weatherability of coatings containing talc. The hydrophobic nature of talc contributes to the rheological properties (anti-sag, leveling, and brushability) and gloss of the coating as well as providing sheen control. In addition, the softness of talc reduces wear on processing equipment.

MICA-SOFT® 30 is a wet-ground silky pure mica small flakes.

Golden Cashew Nut Shell Liquid Resin0357 is a transparent viscous resin with golden color film. It is highly suitable for the surface coating application, where outstanding film properties and very high resistance to water and chemicals are required. Therefore, CNSL Resin is used commonly as a paint raw material due to its high water and chemical resistant property.

Bakelite® PF 6535 LB resins serve as excellent crosslinking agents for epoxy, polyester, alkyd and other resin systems to form coatings with good adhesion and chemical resistance properties. Crosslinking takes place either under high temperature (-180°C) or via acid catalysts. They are used with epoxy and polyester resins to produce chemically resistant coatings for food contact and anti-corrosion coatings.

UROTUF F100-W-36 is an anionic stabilized dispersion of an oil modified urethane polymer provided at 36% solids in water. This resin is similar to UROTUF F97-MPW-33 but contains no cosolvent.

Jiangsu Sanmu 745 has light color, ligh luster, good compatibility, high hardness, good dryness, high scratch resistance, good storage stability and excellent chemical resistance. It can be applied with alcohol acid, acrylic acid and other resin together. It applies to higher-grade matte paint and wood coatings primer, plastic paint, industrial paint, etc.

Concentrated pigment dispersions for use in solvent borne high performance coatings. PanTINT 86 Colorants are based on a unique thermoplastic acrylic vehicle with exceptionally broad compatibility. Pigments used in the PanTINT 86 Series have been selected for superior lightfastness, and resistance to heat and chemical attack.

MPD Industries UVP 0203 99 is a Difunctional monomers, which polymerize when, expose to sources of free radicals. It is a high boiling monomer with low vapor pressure.It is compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins.

Deuteron MM 659 reduces the gloss in above mentioned coating systems. At a higher dosage the viscosity will only be slightly increased. Good flow and processibility remain and allow for all usual application processes.Spoiling of the transparency in UV-curing lacquers is not possible due to the favorable composition of Deuteron MM 659. The obtained coating surfaces show excellent resistance regarding burnishing and mar resistance. The use of Deuteron MM 659 imparts coatings with a soft touch. In general, the additional use of waxes, PTFE or similar products is not necessary. A reaction between matting agent and lacquer system and therefore a spoiling of the storage stability has not been noticed. back

x-bond® M 9028 is a methacrylate modified silicon dioxide and zirconia based high solid binder. Exhibits hardness, high abrasion, scratch stability with high chemical resistance (solvents, acids and bases). The coatings can be cross-linked by UV or electron beam curing. Thermal curing is also possible. It is a transparent or translucent inorganic-organic high solid binder. Suitable to formulate spraying, dipping and brushing paints and coatings for coil applications. Recommended for use in varnishes also.
