The hyper-branched structure of XDT-1018 imparts the unique combination of low diluted viscosity with unmatched chemical and thermal resistance. XDT-1018 is ideal in applications where withstanding exposure to the harshest conditions is paramount.Great for high-temperature applications because thermogravimetric analysis indicates the oligomer doesn’t decompose until 350 °C.

SILMIKRON® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

SE 146 is a difunctional epoxy acrylate oligomer with 25% TPGDA. This product is characterized by its low viscosity, fast cure response, high gloss, excellent solvent resistance and high surface hardness.

LAPOX® AH-543 (XH-80) is a light colored, low viscosity phenalkamine based on cashew nut shell liquid. It can able to cure modified and unmodified epoxy resin at room temperature as well as low temperatures up to 5°C. It is able to demonstrate good curing characteristic in presence of moisture and high humid conditions. When cured with epoxy resins it provides superior corrosion protection coupled with excellent film forming ability and adhesion to variety of substrates.

FR 56/58SC is a lower melting point product in our fully refined paraffin line. FR 56/58SC meets FDA requirement 21 CFR 172.886. It is a translucent crystalline material in solid state and is a water white, low viscosity, clear liquid when molten. It has excellent gloss and water repellent properties. Its resistance to most alkali and acids is good. Its oil content controlled at or below 0.5% ensures that this product will not stain coated materials.

Razeen® SL 4150 X 90 solvent cut exhibiting relatively low viscosity and low solvent retention at cured films.
