EBECRYL® 600/30 OT is a diacrylate ester of bisphenol A epoxy resin expertly diluted with 30% of oligotriacrylate (OTA 480). This resin stands out for its low odor, light color, low irritancy, and swift cure response. Films of EBECRYL® 600/30 OT, upon exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB), showcase impressive characteristics such as high surface hardness and gloss, along with low residual odor and excellent solvent resistance, typical of epoxy resins. Notable features include low energy consumption, long pot life, improved hardness, high pigment loading, high gloss, improved chemical resistance, faster cycle time, and low-temperature curing. Its applications span across radiation-curable coatings, including those used in textile manufacturing and other packaging coatings like overprint varnishes.
