IrisECO is our series of water-based high concentrated pigment dispersions for in-plant tinting. Developed for architectural paints, is used also in industrial paints, wood coatings and various other applications. Our colorants are binder-free, VOC-free, APE-free, formaldehyde-free and allow the final product to meet the most stringent health and environmental regulations. IrisECO colorants are produced based on strict quality specifications for perfect reproducibility of color strength, tone and rheology.

XPro is an economical 4/c process system designed for today’s new high speed press applications where set speed and good misting performance are a must for the commercial printing market. It will produce good results on all sheetfed presses on a wide variety of substrates. XPro complies with ISO 2846-1 for shade and is suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.

Nonionic surfactants carry no electrical charge and are available in a variety of chemical types. The main classes are alcohol ethoxylates, alcohol ethoxylates/propoxylates, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymers, castor oil ethoxylates, amine ethoxylates, fatty acid esters and their ethoxylates. They are used in a wide range of applications where they provide useful characteristics including  emulsification, solubilisation, wetting, dispersion, detergency, foaming and defoaming.

Apollo’s ultra quickset, stay open, sheetfed flush color line is formulatedwith our proprietary high-performance varnish system. These flushcolors are designed to give ink makers high gloss, good rub and fast settinginks. Yet, inks formulated with Gemini Series flushes will stay open on thepress for longer periods than inks made with conventional quickset flushes.

DIACRON™ are saturated copolymerized polyester resins used for coatings, inks, and adhesive applications. They have good adhesion to metals, polyester film, polycarbonate, and can be cross-linked with isocyanates, melamine, and epoxies. *DIACRON™ is provided by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, a member of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group.

Bacote® 20 series Stabilized Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate is a highly effective crosslinker. It crosslinks with all commonly used binders to improve the surface structures strength by reducing the amount of weakly bonded particles available on the paper surface. This certain characteristic is of value to coated papers and offset printing. As well Bacote 20 crosslinks instantly to the binder, offering a rapid cure time in the drying section of the paper process, it is compatible with practically all coating and press formulations.

FormsPro is a soy-based forms ink system formulated with excellent strength, stability, ink/water balance control, and ink transfer that is superior to all other conventional and soy forms systems in the market. The PANTONE® strength base colors offer bright colors with excellent printability and mileage – complete with stay open properties that eliminates skinning skin since there are no driers used in these inks.

LAVIOSA VISCOGEL ™ are rheological additives which in solvent-based paints provide anti-settling and anti-staining properties guaranteeing a homogeneous distribution of the pigments, a remarkable qualitative stability during the storage and application phase. The use is simple and does not require heating or special equipment.
