SUPER B.SUB is a special Bacillus subtilis fermentation product designed to provide guaranteed microbial plate count for animal feed applications. SUPER B.SUB is useful when preparing products where a heat stable microbial is required, such as pelleting. SUPER B.SUB can be mixed with other DFM (Direct-fed Microbial) ingredients or used as a stand-alone ingredient as suggested in the recommended usage.

Xylanase is an enzyme which is derived from a fungal source. This enzyme is useful in hydrolyzing D‐xylan to D‐Xylose. Hemicellulose, which is composed of Xylans, is a primary component of most plant cell walls. Xylanase will hydrolyze this component and is thus useful for a variety of applications including the viscosity reduction of wheat, barley, corncobs and other hard to digest foods tuffs. Xylanase is available in either a granular or liquid enzyme preparation designed for a wide variety of native fiber solubilization applications. This product has a wide pH spectrum of activity and does not require acidic pH adjustment for optimal activity. Xylanase Powder is a non‐GMO, nonhazardous product.

Beta-Mannanase 1.0 (endo-1,4-ß-mannanase ) .EC 3.2.1.78. is made from a refined strain of Trichoderma reesei through liquid fermentation and extraction technology. This product is a sub category of hemi-cellulase, which can break the beta-1, 4 glycosidic bonds of mannan into mannan oligosaccharides. The substrates are ß mannan, galactomannan and galactose.

American Biosystems Bacillus subtilis Viable Spore Concentrate is a highly stable and concentrated powder on a maltodextrin carrier, this material has an off white to tan appearance with little to no odor. This strain of Bacillus subtilis is a strong producer of bacterial protease and lipase. This material is considered a GRAS animal feed ingredient and supplementation of this product into animal feed applications may be desirable where hydrolytic enzyme activity is desired. It is also acceptable and functional for waste water treatment applications.

American Biosystems SUPER AO Fermentation Product is a highly concentrated blend of beneficial fungal cultures for inclusion in pelleted animal feeds or as a top dressed ingredient. Although the fungal alpha amylase present in Super AO is not capable of surviving in pelleting, the ingredient is still usefull in pelleted feeds. The product contains UGF’s (unidentified growth factors) which appear to improve microbial fermentation in vitro and in vivo in a variety of scientific publications. Super AO can be specifically assayed for this component and these growth factors are extremely resistant to heat experienced in pelleting. The addition of Super AO to a soy based diet allows for the degradation of oligiocaccharides such as raffinose and stachyose and a decrease in trypsin inhibitor. Larger protein molecules are degraded allowing for higher levels of amino acids such as lysine, methionine, and tyrosine.
