Rheovis® PU 1331 is a versatile rheology modifier, usable as a sole thickener or in combination with other rheology modifiers, depending on the desired rheology profile. When used alone, Rheovis® PU 1331 creates an almost Newtonian rheology profile, which is desirable in wood coatings where excellent penetration and leveling are important.

Rheovis® PU 1250 EC is a polyurethane-based associative rheology modifier designed for thickening and modifying the flow properties of waterborne polymers, aqueous systems, as well as finished products such as paints, coatings, and putties. It appears as a yellowish, white, hazy liquid. Efka® PU 4009 is a polymeric dispersant for both inorganic and organic pigments. It results in reduced dispersing time, improved gloss, prevention of flooding and floating, and higher color strength. Due to its favorable combination of price and performance, Efka® PU 4009 is a compelling substitute for conventional wetting and dispersing agents.

Efka® PU 4047 is a high-molecular-weight dispersing agent used in high-quality industrial coatings such as automotive topcoats, coil coatings, 2-pack polyurethane coating systems, and pigment concentrates. Its higher molecular weight compared to Efka® PU 4046 results in stronger deflocculation with some organic pigments and carbon blacks.

Rheovis® PU 1216 is a non-ionic, medium pseudoplastic rheology modifier developed for water-based coatings, existing in a liquid physical form. Efka® PU 4020 is another polymeric dispersant for inorganic and organic pigments, offering similar benefits as PU 4009, including reduced dispersing time, improved gloss, prevention of flooding and floating, and higher color strength.

Rheovis® PU 1340 stands as a highly effective high-shear rheology modifier tailored for paints and coatings that require a Newtonian rheology profile. It appears as a milky white to slightly yellowish liquid. This modifier offers numerous benefits, including excellent flow and leveling properties, improved hiding power, enhanced wash and scrub resistance, excellent spatter resistance, and good gloss development. Notably, it can be utilized as the sole thickener for paints and coatings.

Rheovis® PU 1235 serves as a rheology modifier designed for aqueous paints and coatings, presenting itself in a hazy liquid physical form. It acts as a highly effective rheology-control agent across a broad spectrum of water-based coatings, functioning as a mid-shear thickener that imparts low shear viscosity while moderately contributing to high shear viscosity in latex-based paints. This modifier demonstrates excellent brush and roller application properties. As a CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers) ingredient, it is recognized for its ease of handling, low viscosity, mid-shear contribution, and spatter resistance.

Rheovis® PU 1250 is a polyurethane-based associative thickener, a non-ionic, medium pseudoplastic rheology modifier for water-based coatings. It provides ph-independent thickening, improved flow and gloss, increased hiding power, wash and scrub resistances, and outstanding spatter resistance during roller application. The chemical nature involves polyurethane polymer in water/butyldiglycol.

Efka® PU 4061 is a high-molecular-weight dispersing agent, a polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments. It improves gloss and DOI, reduces flooding, and increases color strength, making it suitable for solvent-based coatings, especially high-quality industrial coatings like automotive topcoats, coil coatings, and 2-pack polyurethane coating systems.

HALOX® CW-291 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. It is not recommended for use in immersion or semi-immersion environments. HALOX® CW-291 has the lowest oil absorption of all our borosilicate products and is recommended for use in protective coating systems based on alkyd technology. Because of its low oil absorption, HALOX® CW-291 is specifically suggested for use in high-solids, medium-gloss topcoats, DTM (direct-to-metal) finishes, and self-priming systems. HALOX® CW-291 is compliant with ASTM D 4288-83, specification for calcium borosilicate pigment type 1, class B.

DeCAL PS 14 rheology modifier allows the paint formulator to adjust medium and high shear viscosities to improve tool load, film build and brush drag. In order to obtain the best balance of flow and sag resistance it can be used in combination with other thickeners, of natural or synthetic origins.

AFCONA 4008 is a polymeric dispersant used for the deflocculation of pigments. AFCONA 4008 is a polymeric dispersant used primarily in systems where aromatic solvents are forbidden. Compared to other AFCONA PU-grade dispersants, the viscosity reduction effect of AFCONA 4008 is not as strong (this is due to its more polar structure). However, this is not necessary a disadvantage, because not all mill bases require viscosity reduction.

It is based on the latest steric hindrance structure and newly designed anchoring groups, providing excellent wetting and dispersing performance for inorganic, organic, and carbon black. AFCONA 4203 also reduces the viscosity of high pigment content pastes, and has better stability for concentrate storage over long periods. This solvent-free design is ideal for low VOC formulation designs. It is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for all types of pigments and is a modified polyester polymer.

AFCONA 4001 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant developed by AFCONA for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is based on AFCONA's new anchoring group and innovative technology for the concept of polyurethane dispersant, using an intermediate monomer developed by AFCONA.

It gives very good blue undertones with high jetness.

AFCONA 4015 is a polymeric dispersant mainly for co-grinding. This product contains strong acid and amine functional groups in order to give a good cogrinding effect.
