MIN-U-GEL 400 is a hydrous magnesium aluminum silicate with gelling and rheological properties used to thicken and stabilize aqueous systems. MIN-U-GEL® 400 can be used alone or in conjunction with associative thickeners where a low shear thixotrope is needed to support the high shear thixotropy of the associative thickener. MIN-U-GEL® 400 was developed especially with controlled properties specifically to function as a binder during the production of molecular sieves.

Borchi® Gel PW 25 is a HEUR rheology modifier ( Hydrophobically modified Ethoxylated Ur ethane copolymer rheology modifier). This solution works well as a low shear range thickener for improved rheological profiles in coatings. Borchi® Gel PW 25 is an emulsifier-, APEO-, and organo tin-free non-ionic polyurethane-based thickener for water-based coatings.

Shear Thinning Rheology Modifier Additive for Water-Based PaintsBorchi® Gel PN is a shear thinning , thixotropic rheology modifier additive for water-based paints. It provides desired thixotropy properties in the low shear range.

Borchi® Gel 0434 is a HEUR rheology modifier ( H ydrophobically modified E thoxylated Ur ethane copolymer rheology modifier) with excellent thickening efficiency. Polyurethane-Based Associative Rheology Modifier Additive for Spray Paint ApplicationBorchi® Gel 0620 is a non-ionic, polyurethane-based associative rheology modifier for spray paint application, including latex paints. It is a HEUR thickener for water-based coating systems in the low shear range. This product contains no emulsifiers and is tin-, surfactant- and APEO-free. It is 40 % active in water/butyl glycol.

Rheology Modifier Promoting Pigment Wetting and StabilizationBorchi® Gel L 75 N is a polyurethane-based, non-ionic liquid rheology modifier that promotes good pigment wetting and stabilization and is VOC-, APEO-, and organo tin-free. It is a HEUR thickener that develops viscosity stability in water-based coatings, mainly in the medium shear range. However, Borchi® Gel L 75 N can also provide well-balanced efficiency in high shear ranges. Typically, the shear range is between 1000 s-1 to 10000 s-1 depending upon the binder type and other ingredients in the coating.

This solution works well as a medium shear range thickener for improved rheological profiles in coatings. Non-Associative Thickener / Rheology Modifier Borchi® Gel A LA is a polyacrylate -based non-associative thickener. This rheology modifier additive is a solution of anionic acrylic polymers in water that provides viscosity in the low shear range. It is APEO- and tin-free.

LDA® 160 is a liquid dispersing and anti-settling agent and is particularly effective for inorganic pigments in solvent-based systems.

Falgel® 90 is a fine particle size colloidal clay for use in aqueous coatings. It provides excellent syneresis control, superior anti-settling properties, sag control, and reduces roller splatter.

DISPARLON® 6900-20X is a thixotropic agent in paste form consisting of a dispersion of swollen particles of a unique synthetic amide wax. It is easily incorporated into many vehicles and/or solvents and develops an exceptionally strong and long retained thixotropic structure.

VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 127 is a sodium alginate in form of a brown fine granule. With the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+) it can be used to form gels or biobased and transparent films, which provide oil and oxygen barrier properties. VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 127 is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex.

AL FS 800 is hydrophilic fumed silica surface treated with polydimethylsiloxane to make it hydrophobic. Fumed silica’s unique manufacturing process produces a very high purity type of silica with nano size primary particles, a fluffy white powder that is an amorphous and colloidal form of silica. These characteristics impart a wide range of benefits to formulations from thickening and reinforcement to free flow and anti-settling. In addition the treatment imparts added water repellency, corrosion resistance, as well as thickening of complex polar liquids

ADDITOL® AQ-1681, an associative acrylic thickener, is an alkali-soluble solution with moderate thickening power, specifically designed for styrenated acrylic waterborne paints. Ideal for various applications such as paints, sealants, background preparers, varnishes, and waterproofing, it serves as a filler, extender, and rheology modifier. Notably, it carries labeling claims of being solvent-free, monomer-free, and environmentally friendly.

Jaylink Additives® JL-106E polymerizable cellulosic is an acrylamidomethyl—substituted cellulose ester polymer. Due to its high degree of acrylamide substitution, formulations using JL-106E cure very rapidly in response to UV/EB. Resulting films have excellent abrasion, chemical, and impact resistance. The hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments of 106E make it an excellent compatibilizer for materials of differing polarity. JL-106E is used for its thixotropic characteristics, which are particularly useful in improving UV ink holdout on porous substrates, without sacrificing cured properties. This material is INCI listed for use in the cosmetic industry

ALFACELL® is the perfect film former and water soluble cellulosic polymer. In addition to utilization in adhesion of wall papers, this product is used in carpet underlay, ceramic mortar, filler for wood parquet, and preparing putty for satin paint. Furthermore, it is used as freeze retardant admixture in gypsum and cement mortars. It is also used for wall papers, and leather and wood adhesion because it is thickener, binder and easily dissolves in water.

FMSIL® R 202 is a PDMS treated hydrophobic fumed silica, which provides excellent thickening properties in paint formulations.

Casastab™ T is a thickening agent for latex compounds. It is recommended particularly where a moderate increase in viscosity is required, for example in dipping compounds and adhesives.

DISPARLON® A671-EZ is an easy to use, post addable pre-activated polyamide thixotropic agent in mineral spirits. Recommended for DIY and industrial stains for anti-settling and pigment orientation. It is a softer paste version of A670-20M.
