Andisil® crosslinkers and chain extenders are reactive silicon-hydride containing polysiloxanes that can be used in addition cure systems with Andisil® VS polymers or Andisil® Reactive Methyl Phenyl polymers and a Andisil® platinum catalyst. They are available in various viscosities and silicon-hydride contents. Andisil® XL 11 has random pendant silicon-hydride functionality and are trimethylsiloxyterminated.

Andisil® 186 Silane is used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.

Andisil® MOS is a Methyl tris(MEKO)silane. Andisil® Oximes are liquid raw materials for neutral condensation curing silicone sealants. In the presence of a (tin) catalyst these silanes react with hydroxyfunctional silicone polymers; exposure to moisture results in the formation of crosslinked, elastomeric silicones. In contrast to acidic or basic curing systems, no acidic acid or amine, but 2-butanoneoxime is liberated during application. Due to the neutral character of 2-butanoneoxime, sealants based on Andisil® Oximes can be applied even on (corrosion) sensitive substrates like metals or marble.

Andisil® 6920 Silane is a bifunctional, sulfur-containing organosilane used in combination with white fillers that contain silanol groups for rubber applications.

AL 191 Silane is trifunctional silane that is a key component in sol-gel systems.

Andisil® 2090 Silane is also called n-Propyl Silicate. The ethyl group of ethyl silicate is replaced by the N-propyl group, so the speed of hydrolysis is slower than ethyl silicate.

Andisil® VDM 65,0000 Polymers are vinylmethyldimethyl polysiloxane copolymers that are also vinylterminated. The products have pendant vinyl groups along the polymer backbone to enhance the crosslink density of the cured RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanization).

Andisil® 6021 Silane is a bifunctional silane possessing a reactive amino groups and hydrolysable methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows it to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. Glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. Thermoplastics, thermosets or elastomers).

Ruisil 3-isocyanatopropyltrimethoxysilane RJ-886 is colorless clear liquid. It is unique isocyanate functional silanes. The isocyanate functionality exhibits the typical reactivity of an alkyl isocyanate and will react with most active hydrogen containing compounds. The silane portion of these products can then crosslink with each other or be used to adhere to a variety of substrates.

Ruisil 1,1,1,3,5,5,5-heptamethyltrisiloxane RJ-HMTS is colorless transparent liquid, with high-active Si-H.

Actigran 50 and 70 are 50 % resp. 70 % preparations of trimethylolpropantrimethacrylate (TRIM) bound to inert carries in granular form. The use of Actigran 50 or 70 normally increases the cross-linking density of cured rubber compounds

Intercure® 2-DF4 is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is a phosphonium salt containing 4% of Paraffinic White oil. It is used as accelerator for Fluoroelastomers (FKM); adhesion promoter of Fluoroelastomers (FKM) to a variety of other elastomers; curative for Polyacrylate polymers (ACM) for which it increases the compound shelf life, improves compression set, and reduces the mold fouling.

Ruisil 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane RJ-590 is Colorless transparent liquid, soluble in a variety of organic solvents.

Intercure® 1-DF is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is a blocked diamine cross-linking agent containing 2% of Paraffinic White oil. It is used in Fluoroelastomers (FKM), Polyacrilic (ACM), Ethylene - Acrylic (AEM) and Epichlorohydrin (ECO) elastomers. Depending on choice of elastomer, desired cure rate and physical properties can be obtained using levels ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 p.h.r.

SCA 98WT used in highly dynamic elastomer applications, including tires to improve reinforcingcapabilities. These silanes will improve abrasion, lower hysteresis, improve adhesion and processing.

Ruisil N-(2-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl)methyldimethoxysilane RJ-602 is diamino functional type colorless transparent liquid. It is soluble in alcohols, and aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons. However acetone and phenoxin can not be used as diluents. This product can also be soluble in water, but hydrolysis occurs and hydrolysates have a certain storage period.

Ruisil 1,1,3,3-Tetramethyldisiloxane RJ-TMDS is colorless transparent liquid. Soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon, petroleum hydrocarbons and various organic solvent, insoluble in water. with high-active -H.

Resimene XT 911 ULF are amino cross-linkers for thermosetting surface coatings and rubber reinforcement.

TexCross IB 25 is a Crosslinker for the production of latently-reactive adhesive films.

Mediaplast PM is a synthetic aromatic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene (bi- and trialkylated aro-matics), which is mainly recommended for the use in elastomers with low to medium polarity, i. e. NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M for example, but also CR, CM/CSM, EVA and PNR. Especially in polychloro-prene the often used, expensive ester plasticizers can be replaced completely.

Ruisil 3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane RJ-901 is colorless transparent liquid. It soluble in water(with reaction), alcohol and aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Ketones are not recommended as diluents.

Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Crosslink agent TAIC is a trifunctional compound, which can be used as a crosslinking aid and irradiation aid crosslinking agent for rubber and plastics. It is effective in increasing the degree of crosslinking and reducing the radiation dose. For ethylene propylene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, polyolefin, etc., peroxide is used as the vulcanizing agent, TAIC is a good vulcanization assistant.

It is used in Ethylene-Acrylic (AEM), Polyacrilic (ACM) and Epichlorohydrin (ECO) elastomers. Depending on choice of elastomer, desired cure rate and physical properties can be obtained using levels ranging from 0.8 to 2 p.h.r.

China Star Materials N,N'-m-phenylene bismaleimide (Vulcanizator HVA-2(PDM)) can be used as vulcanizator in rubber processing, auxiliary vulcanizator in peroxide system, vulcanization retarder and tackifier, and it can be used in universal rubber, special rubber and rubber-plastic blend. In NR, HVA-2 can prevent the revert of vulcanization, improve heat resistance, reduce heat-dissipating, and heighten aging resistance, modulus of vulcanized rubber as well as the cohesive force between rubber and tire cord.

PlastCure 20 PE is a strong free radical source used to cross-link polyethylene and modify MFI of polypropylene.

Eporit F 100 is a BPF Epoxy resin emulsion with high electrolyte stability for high-wet strengt and alkali resistant paper coatings. Excellent crosslinker for carboxylated SB- and SA-dispersions. Also used for bonding improvement in texile finishing and coating.
