Nancar® NBR 1032 is a medium high acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer with good oil resistance. It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. It is highly water resistant, and non-corrosive to metal.

Paracril BJ is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, hot polymerized with a non-staining stabilizer.

Dynacast Industrial Products Nitrile Rubber - NBR is copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. With Nitrile rubbers, the oil resistance increases as the acrylonitrile content but at the expense of resilience. NBR has good oil and liquid fuel resistant and good gas barrier properties.

Da/Pro Rubber Nitrile/Buna N/NBR is a synthetic rubber comprised of a co polymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. We use trade names such as Nipol, Krynac, and Eroprene but can also custom compound Nitrile for nitrile rubber o-rings, nitrile gaskets or other nitrile rubber molding components.

Paraclean 28L45 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, cold polymerized with a non-staining stabilizer.

N70M is a NBR copolymer that provides excellent resistance to petroleum based oils and fuels.N70M has been developed to offer excellent mechanical properties such as compression set, tear and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for dynamic applications. This all-purpose utility sheet's range of applications is expanded for most petroleum-based media such as lubrication and hydraulic oils, solvents, and natural gas.

Paracril P45110C1 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile in powder form using calcium carbonate with 1% calcium stearate as a partitioning agent.

Peroxide cured, Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber, 76-85 °IRHD. Medium acrylonitrile content (ACN =36%). ASTM designation = HNBR. ASTM D2000 line call-out MDH814, A26, B36, EO16, EO36, F14.High strength and excellent chemical resistance. Higher operating temperature than standard nitrile. Suitable for use with sour (H2S) crude oil and gas, which may also include lubricating, oil additives and amine corrosion inhibitors. Good resistance to weathering and ozone.

Apcoflex® N200 is a cold polymerized, medium ACN containing acrylonitrile butadiene co-polymer, It contains non-staining antioxidant.

Paracril SD3811 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile in powder form using talc as the partitioning agent.

JSR N250SL is low Mooney type N250S.

Apcoflex® N285 is a cold polymerized co-polymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. It contains non-staining antioxidant.

Thermoseal C-4401 is a universal gasket material for use in a wide range of applications. The general purpose gasket material has excellent sealability and chemical resistance. This material is manufactured with aramid fiber reinforced with a nitrile binder.

ISO designation = NBR.Excellent resistance to petroleum based oils and fuels. Excellent compression set, tear and abrasion resistance. Good water resistance but poor against ozone and weather.

Nitrile 4457-65 is nitrile seal ideal for use in low temperatures and hydraulic fluids.Parco 4457-65 seals are suitable for applications ranging from -65 to +200°F.

JSR N240S is cold resistance and has good resilience.

To meet: ASTM D2000/SAE J200 line call-out: M5BG710, A14, B14, EO14, EO34, F17.The low acrylonitrile content of this compound provides excellent low temperature flexibility, in sealing conditions where resistance to mineral oil, alcohol, paraffin and low-aromatic petrol is required. Not recommended for use with acetone, benzene, chlorinated solvents or high-aromatic petrol. Good water resistance but poor against ozone and weather.
