ELASTOSIL® SUB C 2002 A/B is a two-component, low-viscosity, addition-curing silicone rubber specifically developed for deep-sea applications. It is designed to maintain flexibility in extreme temperature conditions, ranging from -40 °C to +180 °C. This silicone rubber is particularly well-suited for manufacturing various types of thermal insulation devices. Its low viscosity allows for easy flow and application.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4366/60 is a high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the production of extruded articles. It undergoes addition curing as a two-component system. The cured articles demonstrate excellent transparency and exhibit good to very good mechanical properties. In comparison to ELASTOSIL® R plus 4305/60, post-cured parts made from ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4366/60 experience a reduction in coefficient of friction ranging from 50% to 70%.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/90 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically formulated for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and demonstrate good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber displays good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

Once cured, these articles demonstrate remarkable tear resistance and exhibit high levels of transparency. This fast curing silicone rubber showcases impressive elongation values and maintains excellent tear resistance. Thanks to its addition cure process, the vulcanization reaction occurs significantly faster compared to peroxide curing materials. Importantly, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during the vulcanization process.
