The incorporation of T-Mulz® Z 900 into epoxy systems allows for less critical mix ratios and excellent solvent resistance. grotan® BA 21 is an aqueous formulation comprising 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3(2H)-one (BIT) and bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamin (BDA), offering a synergistic blend effective in cationic and non-ionic systems. While providing a broad, balanced spectrum of effect against bacteria, yeasts, and molds, it demonstrates enhanced efficacy, particularly against pseudomonas sp. Effective even in very low concentrations, it ensures comprehensive microbial control. However, caution is advised in the presence of anionic substances, which may reduce efficacy. While foaming is possible, grotan® BA 21 is fully soluble in water, ensuring ease of use. It is effective in anionic, cationic, and non-ionic systems. parmetol® BPX integrates production hygiene with in-can preservation, removes biofilms in circulation systems like metalworking fluids, and features a broad spectrum against bacteria, yeasts, and molds. It is free of chloromethylisothiazolone, formaldehyde, and other aldehydes, and is approved for Ecolabels such as the European Flower and Nordic Ecolabel.
