A wide range of HLB values are available to meet the formulation requirements of metalworking fluids and water-based hydraulic fluids. These products are also widely used as surfactants and dispersants for industrial cleaners, degreasers, personal care and cosmetic applications

INTERCOOL® R-4441 inhibitors is designed to reestablish proper levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers in an existing glycol fluid. Over time, the corrosion inhibitor and pH buffer levels of an inhibited glycol fluid will slowly become depleted. R-Series inhibitors will replenish the critical levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers to ensure proper long-term corrosion protection.

NA-LUBE® AW-6220 is an ashless antiwear additive with excellent rust and corrosion inhibition and yellow metal deactivation properties.

TemProTAC is a special inhibitor formulation serving as main component for water borne corrosion protection products, rinsing fluids or cleaning bath. The main advantage is that you have corrosion protection during and after the actual process.

A specially blended, highly effective, non-silicone oil-based anti-foam agent. It is used in very small quantities where foaming has become a problem.

Reductol is a blend of multifunctional fatty esters and soaps as well as surfactants designed to eliminate and prevent all types of coolant borne odors including sulfide and the musty odors created by shorter chained fatty acids. Surmax®CS-8400 is a low foaming alkaline stable surfactant which is designed for application temperatures above 60°C.

Chemax EMX-1155 is designed for use in metal forming operations from stamping to deep draw applications. This material may comprise from 20–25% of a typical forming compound which would then be diluted to 5–50% based on severity of the operation.

Maxbase 110 is a low sulfonate, high soap “fighting grade” soluble oil add pack which provides stability in hard or soft water. This material also provides good CI properties and is readily compatible with other additives including EPs, esters and chlorinated paraffin. Maxbase 110 can also be used as the primary emulsifiers for semi-synthetic concentrates. This material is designed for use with naphthenic base oils. Chlorine, phenol and nitrite free.

MaxCor RP-6655 is a liquid wax formulated fluid for rust prevention used in salt containing environments, high humidity, or normal indoor storage applications.

Surmax®CS-555 is an alkaline stable surfactant designed for formulating low foaming, liquid cleaner concentrates containing high levels of caustic and/or other alkaline compounds. Surmax®CS-555 exhibits optimum detergency and low foaming properties at low application temperatures (<60°C). This material is non-substantive to metal surfaces and is, therefore, ideally suited for pre-plating and pre-painting applications.

Surmax®CS-521C is used in highly alkaline systems to impart exceptional cleaning, and low foaming properties at temperatures of < 60° C (140° F).

Maxbase 1122 is a sulfonate free additive package for demanding applications. The product offers good CI and emulsion stability in hard water. This material is readily compatible with other additives including EPs and esters. This material is designed for use with Group I and Group II paraffinic oils.
