STEPAN® MWA-570 HS is a diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based modified polyester polyol that exhibits hydrolysis resistance and good thermal stability. MAKON® L64 is a nonionic eo/po block copolymer displaying low foaming, good detergency, and water solubility. STEPAN® MWA-253 is a highly active nonionic surfactant that is stable in both acidic and alkaline solutions and can be used as an emulsifier and lubricant in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. This alcohol ethoxylate can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It is also soluble in naphthenic and paraffinic oils.

STEPAN® MWA-502 can be used as either a solvent or cosolvent in metalworking, die casting, and metal forming processes. It combines excellent characteristics of cleanliness, low odor, high flash point, and good film-forming properties. It can be used as a non-staining additive for metal forming or metal removal operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

STEPAN® MWA-450 is a dea amide used as an emulsifier in soluble oils and synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. It can also help tighten emulsions, improve rust prevention, and provide lubricity. It should be considered a component for soluble oils where sodium sulfonates are not used.

BIO-SOFT® N25-12 is a c12-15 linear alcohol ethoxylate with moderate wetting and moderate foam. It also provides emulsification, detergency, and excellent wetting.
