ALPHA FOAMER® is a new generation ammonium alkyl ethoxy sulfate containing a mix of oligomeric components that gives it unique properties in the manufacture of gypsum wallboard.

Flowlube C40 is an aqueous grade of wax emulsion.

FoamStar® products are used as defoamers. BTC’s FoamStar® defoamers suppress and destroy foam and its negative effects during inks and printing applications. By removing or inhibiting air bubbles they are important process aids throughout the production as well as the applications process. Emulan® grades (C13 oxo alcohol ethoxylates) are nonionic surfactants. They are either liquid formulations, waxy substances, waxy micronized beads or flakes. The products have versatile properties like solubilizing, wetting, dispersing, and soil removal.

Michem Dispersion Urethanes are water based polyurethane dispersions that can enhance toughness, scratch resistance, water resistance and flexibility of coatings. Michem Dispersion Urethanes are useful for industrial wood, concrete, and metal substrates.

Zacsils are solutions of a soluble glass that we dissolve in water. They are available in many different forms and concentrations or ratios. The ratio of silica and potassium oxide, which will vary depending on your desired application.

Mailose™ MP series is Hydroxyporpyl Methyl Cellulose. It is widely used in drymix mortar industry. Could be soluble in water and form the transparent solution.  As the important additives in mortar, Hydroxyproypl methyl Cellulose could increase the water retention, increase the workability and increase open time etc.

Valida contains the smallest component of cellulose – cellulose fibrils. Dispersed in water, cellulose fibrils form an extensive network through hydrogen bonding and mechanical entanglement. The formed network stabilises particles in suspension and oil-in-water emulsions without an emulsifier.

Acronal® is a range water-based emulsions. Acronal® range for exterior paints covers styrene and pure acrylics which offer a very high durability against the influence of weathering. Acronal® range for wood and trim paints offer a very high durability against the influence of weathering. In addition, our styrene acrylics have an outstanding chemical resistance, which is very important for exterior applications. BTC’s range of Acronal® dispersions covers both selfcrosslinking and non selfcrosslinking dispersions. BTC’s range of Acronal® types give decorative foils, filters and wallpaper excellent mechanical properties. In air and oil filters for the automotive industry they improve durability and performance. In high-quality decorative paper foil, our binders ensure a high level of stability of the bonded fibers. To abrasives our binders ensure the abrasives flexibility and reduce abrasive particle wear. BTC’s Acronal® types for natural fibers are acrylic dispersions. BTC’s range of Acronal® types give nonwovens made of synthetic fibers their exceptional and different functional properties.

CEDEPAL® is an anionic surfactant with maximum foaming power. It is used a as foaming agent in wall board and finds application in concrete admixtures.

The Gabrosa granular grades are characterized by a lump free dispersion and fast dissolution in water. Gabrosa adhesives can be applied easily with a brush or pasting machine, exhibit excellent wet tack and (re-)positioning properties, have a more than sufficient open time and adhere strong on all kind of surfaces. Nouryon is supplier of Blisterfree wallpaper adhesives. Due to their excellent properties the base products can be used as standalone adhesive. To optimize requirements the Gabrosa grades can also be used in blends.

Bermocoll is used as a thickener, stabilizer and water-retaining agent for water-based decorative paints. It also controls consistency, providing easy workability, extended open time and enhanced adhesion in cement and gypsum based systems.

BRIOMICA® is a dry-ground ultra-white mica powder.

Trilon® is a broad product range of high-performance and innovative complexing agents, also known as chelating agents. Trilon® chelating agents belong mainly to the class of amino carboxylates which are organic complexing agents. Chelating agents are able to prevent the deleterious impact of metal ions in technical applications. The presence of free metal ions, such as iron, copper, calcium, manganese, and further other metals, reduces the efficiency or quality of the product due to their catalytic activity, precipitation, or increased microbial growth. Trilon® chelating agents are applied in the manufacture of pulp- and paper, electronic or chemical surface treatment processes, bleaching processes in the textile/leather industry, and versatile chemical processes where metal ions can negatively impact the process.
