We remain a family owned and operated product development and manufacturing firm. Since then we have expanded in size and product diversity to utilize approximately 60,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space including a fleet of trucks to serve our clients throughout the tristate area. Our initial product focus was latex and epoxy mortar. Today we offer a complete line of ceramic tile, stone and marble installation products including quality adhesive, grout, mortar, stain, caulk and surface preparation products. With the incorporation of our sister company Formulated Solutions in 2001, we expanded our product offering to provide an array of construction products including specialty adhesives for the installation of wall protection products, masonry coatings, cement additives, bonding agents, stains, cement and acrylic stucco, acrylic wall finishes and exterior insulating finishing systems (EIFS or EIF Systems). In 2005, partnering with the New York City IDA, we made a thoughtful investment to completely renovate our facility, transforming it into one of the most elite manufacturing facilities in NYC. Now our plant boasts new manufacturing space, state of the art pallet racking systems spanning six stories and an advanced research and development lab. After completion in December 2007 the building design and construction was awarded “Best Industrial Building Rehabilitation” by the Queens Chamber of Commerce in 2008."
