SILRES® BS 280 CF is a solvent-free silicone concentrate based on silane or siloxane. Like SILRES® BS 280, it can be diluted with organic solvents. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 280 CF serve as high-quality water repellents for impregnating mineral building materials, particularly silicate-free natural stones like limestone or gypsum. It also develops its water-repellent effect through a reaction with atmospheric humidity.

VINNAPAS® 827 ED is an all-round construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars and ready-to-use dispersion-based construction products. It is specifically suitable for ETICS/EIFS applications as a cement admix dispersion or sole binder in ready-to-use ETICS/EIFS base or top coats. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is a semi-flexible, medium-particle-size synthetic resin dispersion based on a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride, and it contains a protective colloid.

VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is a medium-particle-size, protective colloid-containing aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride. The principal feature of VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is its wide range of uses in coating systems containing opacifying pigments. The dispersion is low in odor and is produced without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

SILRES® BS 45 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is primarily used as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. The use of SILRES® BS 45 also contributes to low water absorption, which helps to minimize water ingress and enhance the durability of the coatings and plasters. SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

SILFOAM® SD 860 is an anhydrous silicone antifoam agent formulated with organofunctional silicone fluid and organic components. It exhibits excellent dispersibility in water. This antifoam agent is particularly suitable for use in organic systems that require a high level of compatibility with the antifoam agent. SILFOAM® SD 860 can effectively address challenges commonly encountered by silicones in various applications, including paints, adhesives, and water-miscible cooling lubricants.

SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

SILRES® BS 46 is an aqueous, solventless emulsion that is based on polymethylhydrogensiloxane. It is specifically designed for use in the application of gypsum wallboards and gypsum fiberboards. During the application procedure, SILRES® BS 46 is added to the mixing or gaging water of the plaster. By incorporating it into the plaster mixture, it imparts its beneficial properties to the final product.

SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

SILRES® BS 60 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is primarily used as the main binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products utilizing SILRES® BS 60 exhibit desirable properties, including high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and a long lifespan. These characteristics contribute to the overall performance and durability of the finished products.

VINNAPAS® EP 709 is characterized by its high cohesive strength and tensile strength, thanks to its Tg (glass transition temperature) of about +7 °C. It exhibits excellent adhesion to hard substrates and demonstrates great compatibility with inorganic fillers. As a result, VINNAPAS® EP 709 finds application in joint compounds and other building chemical applications.

VINNAPAS® 510 ED is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content of the dispersion is below 1000 ppm. VINNAPAS® 510 ED offers several advantages in building chemical applications as well as in general adhesives. To achieve optimum weathering resistance, opaque pigments should be used to ensure adequate pigmentation.

SILRES® BS 5133 is an aqueous and water-dilutable emulsion of reactive polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). It is specifically formulated to provide water repellency to thermal insulation materials made of glass or stone mineral wool that are bound with organic binder systems. SILRES® BS 5133 has been carefully developed and optimized to ensure compatibility with binders based on carbohydrates, allowing for effective integration into various insulation materials and systems.

SILRES® BS 68 is a solvent-thinnable silane/siloxane mixture. It is used in diluted form for the hydrophobic impregnation of mineral construction materials and as a primer for mineral substrates. The concentrated product is also employed in the manufacturing of bitumen-bound minerals or as a binder for mineral systems. The product develops its hydrophobic effect through a reaction with atmospheric moisture or water adsorbed onto the pores and capillary walls of the construction material. SILRES® BS 68 is characterized by higher alkali resistance compared to pure methyl silicone resins, and the water vapor permeability of the construction material is only slightly affected.

VINNAPAS® 5012 T is a thixotropic dispersible polymer powder for dry mix technology, specifically suited for tile adhesives, renders and plasters, wall and joint fillers, as well as skim coats. It is based on a hard copolymer of vinylacetate and ethylene and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means it has a thixotropic effect on rheology and provides the basic properties of adhesion and flexibility in addition. VINNAPAS® 5012 T is part of our standard range, offering the best-in-class solution for a wide variety of applications.

VINNAPAS® 4016 N is a hard dispersible polymer powder based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with very good tensile adhesion strength on inorganic surfaces combined with good workability. VINNAPAS® 4016 N was developed for those applications where lower water demand and increased smoothness under the trowel are important.

VINNAPAS® 5537 T is a dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for thixotropic tile adhesives and ETICS. It is based on a flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5537 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic characteristics. Besides good non-slump properties and workability, it offers good tensile adhesion strength after water immersion. The product is currently in the process of being introduced into industrial use (scale-up product). The quoted product data is, therefore, subject to change. VINNAPAS® 5047 T is a very flexible dispersible polymer powder with a slight thixotropic effect and very good workability, specifically suited for tile adhesives, troweling compounds, and ETICS. It is based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5047 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic properties. In addition to its non-slump properties, it offers excellent workability.
