CDF Conductive Drum Liner #CL55 is a flat-seam, 55-gallon liner that is electrically conductive and is designed to meet MIL-B-82647 and NFPA 56A specifications. The liner is designed for easy installation and can be simply twisted and tied off to protect the contents. Its flexible, heat-sealed construction is uniformly liquid-tight.

Trapylen® 920 S is newly developed chlorine-free polyolefin with excellent adhesion properties on polyolefinic substrates such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and - with limitations to adhesion strength as well to polyethylene. Further advantage of this grade is its good solubility in non-aromatic solvents. TRAPYLEN® 920 S is used as adhesion promoter for in printing inks, adhesives and paints, or as a straight primer.

Trapylen® 9350 W serves as a versatile adhesion promoter or primer for film applications. It can be applied through spraying, dipping, brushing, or printing methods. This adhesion promoter is formulated with chemically modified polypropylene dissolved in water, exhibiting exceptional compatibility with polyolefin substrates. Specifically designed to enhance surface tension on treated and untreated PP, PE, and polyolefin blend films, foils, foams, and molded parts.

Trapylen® 9200 W is an adhesion promoter based on acrylic modified, chlorine- free polypropylene dissolved in water. It has outstanding affinity to polyolefinic substrates. It is especially developed to improve surface tension of treated and untrea- ted films, folls, foams and even molded parts of PP, PE, polyolefinic blends, a.o. The increase of wetting properties permits the bonding, printing, flocking and painting of such substrates. TRAPYLEN® 9200 W can be occassionally used as adhesion promoter incorporated in adhesives, inks and paints in case of sufficient compatibility.

Notably, it demonstrates favorable solubility in non-aromatic solvents. This grade finds application as an adhesion promoter in printing inks, adhesives, and paints, serving both as an adhesion booster and a straight primer.

Trapylen® 911 S is newly developed chlorine-free polyolefin with excellent adhesion properties on polyolefinic substrates such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and with limitations to adhesion strength - as well to polyethylene. Further advantage of this grade is its good solubility in non-aromatic solvents. TRAPYLEN® 911 S is used as adhesion promoter for in printing inks, adhesives and paints, or as a straight primer.

Trapylen® 980 S exhibits excellent solubility in non-aromatic solvents. It serves as an adhesion promoter in printing inks, adhesives, and paints, or as a direct primer. To use as a primer, dissolve the resin in xylene to create a 5% solids solution, enabling application through spraying, dipping, brushing, or printing methods.

Trapylen® 9600 W serves as primer and adhesion promoter systems for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefin plastics. Trapylen® 950 X is a chlorine-free polyolefin designed for superior adhesion on polyolefinic surfaces like polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers, and, to a lesser extent, polyethylene. functions as an adhesion promoter in printing inks, adhesives, and paints. As a primer, dissolve 5% solids in xylene for application via spraying, dipping, brushing, or printing.

Chemliner™ High-Barrier Liner #F30/47-05-02 is a liner designed for easy installation that can be simply twisted and tied off to protect contents. This liner uses different film laminations to provide excellent resistance to chemical permeation and degradation with moderate oxygen barrier characteristics. The form-fitting, round-bottom shape of the F30/47-05-02 minimizes wrinkles and folds, thus reducing stress that often tears flat-seam designs and allowing complete recovery of valuable product from 30-gallon drums.

The HIRODINE 7505 are hot melt adhesive used as a sealing layer for easy peelable films. Being processed most commonly in an extrusion coating or cast film line, it offers low to high temperature seals and sealability to various substrates including PE, PP, PET, PS, metals, and papers. It is designed to provide both adhesive and cohesive peel seals. Besides easy peelable film applications, it is used for laminating or coating paper, paperboard, woven fabrics, and nonwoven fabrics. Some grades comply with Food and Drug Administration Regulations, European Union Directives, and other regulations.

Liquid TPO® Bio Seam Sealer is a proprietary blend of polymers. This is a BIO-based product. Liquid TPO® Bio Seam Sealer flashes leaving a non-breathing, heat reducing monolithic coating. It forms a water-repellent surface that easily cleans while resisting microorganisms.

KoeppCell® K/PE 29 HFFR is closed-cell, soft-elastic, halogen-free PE foam. It is chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam.

GalFoam™ GA29 is manufactured in rolls using extrusion technology. GalFoam is developed and produced in-house which is a extruded role foam.

Avery Dennison™ FM 2454 is a 35 mil double coated black polyethylene foam with a moisture resistant acrylic adhesive. It bonds very well to glass and ceramic, including in moist environments. It is commonly used in exterior automotive applications.

UNIFOAM® XPE 200 is made from high-quality polyethylene polymer and additives.

GalFoam™ GA165 is manufactured in rolls using extrusion technology. GalFoam is developed and produced in-house which is a extruded role foam.

KoeppCell® K/PE 45 FR is closed-cell having soft-elastic PE foam. It is chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam.

K-FLEX® PE is a polyethylene based closed cell, flexible foam insulation meeting the requirements of ASTM C1427. It is environmentally-friendly as it is free of CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs, PBDEs, formaldehyde and fibers. K-FLEX® PE contains no halogens. The product is made in K-FLEX® USA’s ISO 90001:2008-certified manufacturing facility in North Carolina. K-FLEX® PE has excellent thermal, physical, and chemical resistance properties as exhibited by its low thermal conductivity and low water absorption and water vapor permeability values.
