The low density of FBO 67LG allows it to work well with oil/water separators that are connected washer systems. The product is easily removed with alkaline and mildly alkaline cleaners

GHO-5555 is medium viscosity high performance shaving and hobbing oil. GHO-5555 contains an oiliness additive for additional performance, especially on draggy, soft metals. It is designed primarily for gear hobbing, form grinding, and gear cutting where pressurized coolant systems are used.

J-Cut 9187 was specifically developed for Swiss type high performance screw machines. The low viscosity of J-Cut 9187 allows it to effectively penetrate between the tool and work piece interface providing excellent surface finishes and tool life. This product is extremely high performance and is easily capable of performing gun drilling and form tapping on stainless as well as carbon steel.

ASTRO-SOL N is a soluble oil concentrate designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. When diluted, this product appears as an opaque liquid and when concentrated, it is dark amber in color.

J-Cut MO-240-EP is a heavy duty lubricant formulated for the machining and sawing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Vuldra 516 can be used neat or diluted with water.

It is compatible with virtually all metals except magnesium and is formulated without the use of chlorine, phenols, nitrites, or DCHA.

MONROE DRAW 450 EM is a heavy-duty neat drawing oil. It has been formulated for use on heavy drawing and blanking operations and has excellent adherence and anti-wipe properties. It can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product is a complex blend of extreme pressure additives, petroleum oil, and rust inhibitors. The corrosion and stain protection package in this product is particularly effective in protecting ferrous metals from rust and/or stain that can plague other products with such a high level of EP. MONROE DRAW 450 EM also incorporates an emulsifier package to aid in the cleaning of parts.

ASTRO-DRAW SYN FP is a heavy-duty, synthetic, oil-free, drawing, forming, and stamping fluid incorporating a blend of boundary and EP lubrication additives, in a water-extendable package. MONROE VANISHING OIL 140 is an odorless, colorless, low-viscosity, petroleum solvent-based product designed for light-gage blanking, stamping, or forming operations. This product works well on ferrous and non-ferrous metals alike and is also highly suitable as a cutting fluid for glass and mirrors up to ½ inch thick. It evaporates rapidly, leaving a slight residue which in most instances may be painted over without the need for additional cleaning operations. A test application with the particular paint/coating in question is recommended.
