KIBITON® is a copolymer of styrene and butadiene. It shows some of the characteristics of thermoset rubber such as elasticity and low temperature performance with the advantages of a thermoplastic such as melt processibility. Its segmented and radial molecular structure allows it to have the same flexible and physical properties of general rubber without the vulcanization process. Its middle segment is similar to rubber and has excellent elastic restoring force, processing flowability, weather resistance, and can be injection molded similar to that of thermoplastics. It can be widely applied for shoe soles, toys, asphalt modifications, mechanical products, plastic modification agents, and adhesive agents.

NY-FLEX® : Nylon block copolymers with polyetherPolyether -block -amide (PEBA) Copolymers are true elastomeric grades that are based on nylon (Polyamide) hard segment and Polyether soft segment. They deliver excellent recovery and shock-absorbing properties. NYCOA offers PEBA grades in a range of hardness values from 29-80 Shore D. Customized grades are also offered with specialized additive packages for improved thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance, etc.These elastomeric grades are used in sports and leisure, athletic shoes, ski boot components, and technical films. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts.  Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

The special chemical bond of Vulkollan® gives this material an excellent level of properties such as high resilience, very low abrasion loss, extremely low compression set, high thermal stability, excellent tear and tear propagation resistance.

SI-TPV is a patented dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic Silicone-based elastomers made by special compatible technology, it helps silicone rubber dispersed in TPU evenly as 2~3 micron droplets under a microscope. ECO-FLEX RTPV, a recycled rubber based TPV, combines the performance characteristics of rubber, such as flexibility and anti-skid, with the processing ease of conventional thermoplastic materials. ECO-FLEX RTPV grades have replaced thermoset rubber in automotive applications such radiator air deflectors, gas tank strap pads and splash shields at several OEMs including Ford, GM and Chrysler.

ARMIDAN® impact modifiers are designed to toughen polyolefins and polyamides to the most critical thermal environments and provide a favorable balance of cost and properties, including excellent room temperature and low temperature impact.

Neoplast™ family of TPV compounds are primarily based on PP/EPDM chemistry, providing high elasticity at low and high temperatures, excellent compression set, UV resistance and melt processability.Neoplast™ is well suited for applications that require rubber like properties such as better compression set, resiliency, tension set, flex fatigue performance and overall higher mechanical properties.

TPV ELASTOPRENE ® is available in a wide range of hardnesses and is presented in pellets in different packages, according to the needs of each client. It is transformed with standard plastic (polypropylene) machinery. There are suitable grades for the different transformation processes: extrusion, injection molding and extrusion-blown.

"Maven copolyesters have been specifically developed for the extrusion of heavy gage sheets, allowing high thicknesses without crystallization occurring. Maven grades are the solution when a combination of exceptional clarity, surface gloss and remarkable toughness are essential. The Maven products range covers a variety of specific customer requirements, offering neutral edge color and maximum impact resistance. Thanks to their inherent toughness, sheets produced from Maven grades may be down-gaged without compromising performance. Cost-savings are possible given that there is no need to pre-dry the sheets. Maven co-polyesters include a wide range of grades, offering a selection of products that can fulfill your specific needs adjusting to final product specification. Sheets made with Maven may be easily thermoformed, cold-bent, drilled, sawed, screwed, routed and personalized through different methods of decoration and embossing, such as colors and frosty designs. UV stabilization is also possible through coextrusion of a thin layer of masterbatch.

FlexPlast® Thermoplastic Elastomer is a plastic material that combines the processing advantages of a thermoplastic with the properties and performance of a rubber-like material. The product is a soft, flexible, highly elastic material that can be custom formulated to perform in a variety of processes, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming. These lower modulus, flexible materials can typically be stretched repeatedly, only to return to their original shape when relaxed. When heated, FlexPlast® will soften until it flows, making it suitable for formation into complex shapes using standard thermoplastic processing equipment.

Badaflex TPE-S are thermoplastic elastomers based on styrol block copolymers. These unite the excellent processing qualities of thermoplastic plastics with the elastomer qualities of rubber. Particularly noteworthy properties include pleasant haptics, maximum toughness, elasticity and low temperature flexibility (down to -50°C) not to mention very good ozone and weather proofness. The entire product group is available in colored and transparent nuances. Badaflex compounds can be widely varied in hardness from Shore 10A to 60D. Heat-resistant, fire-retardant and odor-reduced compounds as well as modifications in respect of surface, deformation and flow quality can be adjusted to the customer’s requirements. Our main strength lies in our specially developed types for 2-component processing: With these, we achieve particularly good adhesion results on various hard components.

XELIGHT™ thermoplastic composites represent the product family of ultra-light structural compounds lightened and developed on Pebax®. The XELIGHT™ grades find their application in the sport system world, where exceptional lightness and great flexibility are required always maintaining their excellent impact strength and mechanical features, also at low temperatures.
