"Maven copolyesters have been specifically developed for the extrusion of heavy gage sheets, allowing high thicknesses without crystallization occurring. Maven grades are the solution when a combination of exceptional clarity, surface gloss and remarkable toughness are essential. The Maven products range covers a variety of specific customer requirements, offering neutral edge color and maximum impact resistance. Thanks to their inherent toughness, sheets produced from Maven grades may be down-gaged without compromising performance. Cost-savings are possible given that there is no need to pre-dry the sheets. Maven co-polyesters include a wide range of grades, offering a selection of products that can fulfill your specific needs adjusting to final product specification. Sheets made with Maven may be easily thermoformed, cold-bent, drilled, sawed, screwed, routed and personalized through different methods of decoration and embossing, such as colors and frosty designs. UV stabilization is also possible through coextrusion of a thin layer of masterbatch.
