PPCIL was established in 1994 to cope with the ever increasing demand of Expandable Polystyrene. The company started with a production capacity of 3,600 MT per year to ver customers with innovative solutions for the packaging sector. We are located on the main National Highway within close proximity of Bin Qasim Port which helps us in quick and efficient transportation or our material. In 1999, another manufacturing plant was added to the existing production facility to produce General Purpose and High Impact Polystyrene with a total capacity of 33,000 MT per year. In 2010, we increased our production capacity to 55,000 MT to serve the growing need of insulation and packaging sector in Pakistan. In 2011, we further enhanced our production capacity to 100 KMT per annum to capture the huge potential of export markets. We export about 60% of our production to different parts of the world including Italy, Germany, Netherland, Czech Republic, Austria, South Africa, Greece, Romania, Ukraine, Poland, USA, Canada, Turkey, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Srilanka and others. We hope to grow continuously based on market demand and keep on supplying quality & innovative products to our customers.

Hoffmann Mineral GmbH is a German manufacturer of a natural mineral filler, named Neuburg Siliceous Earth, which is a combination of corpuscular Neuburg Silica and lamellar kaolinite: a loose mixture impossible to separate by physical methods. As a result of natural aging, the silica portion exhibits a round grain shape and consists of aggregated primary particles of about 200 nm diameter. The unique structure leads to good application properties. This functional filler is sold worldwide under its trade name SILLITIN and SILLIKOLLOID and surface treated AKTISIL. Our calcined products SILFIT and AKTIFIT are based on the standard product SILLITIN Z 86. A thermal process is used to expel the crystalline water in the kaolinite portion and new mineral phases are formed practically amorphous. The silica portion remains inert at the temperature used. The resulting products have an outstandingly high degree of white and color neutrality.
