Monochem 21 is a 2-component, 100% solids, high-build, liquid applied, Polyamine, Cyclo-Aliphatic Epoxy. Monochem 21 is available in high gloss, clear, standard colors and can be mixed with decorative chips, color micas, or silica sand. It is designed as a high performance primer, base coat or interior top coat.

Monopole Industrial Steel is a direct-to-metal coating developed for the shipping and storage container industry. Monopole Industrial Steel displays resistance to corrosion and harsh environmental conditions, impact, abrasions, humidity and UV exposure. It dries hard and very fast for a quick return to service. It can be applied in one coat over properly prepared or primed substrates; some darker colors may require a second coat.

Dry Erase is a 2-component aliphatic polyurethane that creates a dry erase environment for interior or exterior surfaces. It allows almost any surface to be converted into a high performance erasable canvas. It is a Green/Universally compliant coating that is USDA approved and has hazardous air pollutants.

Moisture Vapor Barrier is a two component, 100% solids, solvent free epoxy primer designed for superior moisture vapor transmission control. Moisture Vapor Barrier can eliminate the risk of coating failure due to high moisture vapor emissions. It is suitable for concrete and a variety floor coverings such as vinyl, tiles, sheeting, carpet, hardwood, and as a primer for urethanes, epoxies and traffic membranes. It is an ideal primer for damp areas, high moisture emitting surfaces and for below grade applications.

Monochem 300 is a single component, liquid applied, water-based elastomeric urethane waterproofing base membrane. Monochem 300 can be used as part of an elastomeric system designed to expand and contract with normal structural movements. It provides a thick monolithic film that is water-tight. This system will not soften in heat or become brittle in the cold. Monochem 300 is designed for use on wood, concrete, and masonry to provide a waterproof elastomeric base membrane. It can also be applied as a below grade waterproofing coating.

Monochem 310 is a single component moisture-cured polyurethane elastomer. It is designed to coat concrete and plywood decks which are to be top coated, or covered with wood, tile, or outdoor carpeting. It is also designed to provide the ultimate in elongation as well as waterproofing properties Monochem 310 310 is the principal waterproofing base membrane used in Monochem Decking Systems. When Monochem 310 is incorporated into these systems, it waterproofs, and provides a thick, seamless, elastomeric membrane with 600% elongation for protection against water damage.
