Dispersants are specially designed by 20 Microns Nano Minerals Ltd., R & D team for the colors masterbatches applications. These additives enable hard to disperse pigment particles and break agglomerates and offer uniform dispersion of pigment particles into host polymer systems. Pigment particles are very difficult to disperse into the polyolefin systems. We have evaluated the performance of both the additives against the competition in a scientific way.

Carbon black are tiny nano particles which have a tendency to clump together and form agglomerates. Our waxes make complete wetting not only on the surface of the agglomerates but also of all the particle surfaces inside as well as outside and disperse the carbon black for high jetness and color intensity
