Dispersants are specially designed by 20 Microns Nano Minerals Ltd., R & D team for the colors masterbatches applications. These additives enable hard to disperse pigment particles and break agglomerates and offer uniform dispersion of pigment particles into host polymer systems. Pigment particles are very difficult to disperse into the polyolefin systems. We have evaluated the performance of both the additives against the competition in a scientific way.
- Features
- High performance polymeric and oleochemical dispersing agents for black, fillers creates unprecedented possibilities for masterbatch producer. These additives are specially developed for high loading carbon black & filler masterbatches
- These waxes are actually high-quality wetting and dispersing waxes & work as a processing aid in the production of black masterbatches
- Carbon black are tiny nano particles which have a tendency to clump together and form agglomerates. Our waxes make complete wetting not only on the surface of the agglomerates but also of all the particle surfaces inside as well as outside and disperse the carbon black for high jetness and color intensity
- Benefits
- K - STOFF 440 is a specialty hybrid modified wax and process additive for natural and synthetic rubber providing homogeneity in the mixing of rubber compounds and better dispersion of pigment and filler in rubber mix
- K - STOFF 440 improves scorch safety, cure rate, and mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation, hardness) of rubber compounds
- K - STOFF 440 also provide excellent weather resistance, UV resistance & ozone resistance
- It exhibits low melting point hence offers uniform wetting
