Features & Benefits: The product belongs to opacifiers range which is rutile multipurpose titanium dioxide pigment produced by inorganic and organic surface treated
It has fine particle size distribution and remarkable dispersibility, designed to give the excellent gloss, high opacity, better UV, weatherability, stability, outstanding durability and good dispersion properties
An inspiriting innovation of white pigment opacifier attained by means of co-precipitation, high lightness neutral white color and its diffuse reflectance enable to save costs via partial replacement of TiO₂ with high gloss in the most solvent-based system
White pigment opacifiers series is designed as a partial replacement of TiO₂ in any TiO₂ base thermoplastics & thermoset processing formulation
The replacement range is 10 - 40% of the TiO₂ loading, which results in equivalent opacity, optical properties & gloss
These products are having very controlled FPV, which can offer better dispersion in critical applications like multilayer films, PFY/ PSF, BOPP/ BOPET & IM White MB applications & any Polymers extrusion
