Zinkomer series of activators are uniquely developed products, thereby exhibiting better processability, lowering mixing time, improving dispersion, maintaining excellent rheo properties, heat aging properties, and mechanical properties. These products replace Zinc Oxide 100% as an activator for rubber. Last but not the least these are techno commercially and immensely beneficial as compared to conventional white seal and active products. Zinkomer is an innovative excellence which is a replacement to ZnO white seal. It is an efficient activator.

Supermag 150 is an efficient activator that is highly active, and has high surface area MgO. It is produced under a special processing condition, thereby resulting in controlled particle size distribution. Supermag 150 is a high active magnesium oxide mainly used as an acid scavenger, scorch retarder, or curing agent during the cross-linking of several rubber compounds containing halogens or nitrile groups. Examples include chloroprene rubber and synthetics rubber (FKM, CIIR, BIIR, CPE).

Hyper 60 DM is a calcined metakaolin produced by removing chemically bound water from the crystal structure. This calcined clay is then specially treated with organo silane of two different chemistry.

MetaPlast 85 is a reactive ultrafine white alumino-silicate pozzolan formed by calcining very pure hydrous kaolin. Unlike other natural pozzolans, metaplast is water processed to remove unreactive impurities producing an almost 100 percent reactive material. It helps to increase compressive & flexural strength, providing resistance to chemical attack, reducing permeability substantially, maintaining high whiteness, reducing spot-etching, cracking & reducing mottling.

In tire tread rubber compositions, it partially replaces silica and/or carbon black while maintaining acceptable physical properties of the rubber compositions and acceptable performance characteristics of the tires.
