3B Fiberglass MF 01 ER are E-CR glass filaments ground to a specified density. MF 01 ER is designed to reinforce products like thermoplastics, thermoset resins, glues, coatings, and adhesives within a large range of applications and markets.MF 01 ER represents a main improvement compared to minerals when aiming for a higher stiffness and/or better impact properties in combination with specific properties, such as flow enhancement, flame retardancy, uniform isotropic shrinkage, resistance to acid environment, coating stability, etc. MF 01 ER can be collocated in between mineral fillers and most com-monly available milled fibers as it dis-plays an intermediate length/diameter aspect ratio. The product comes in a powdery form that provides both improved flowability/handling and low density.

3B Fiberglass EM 1011 is a non-woven mat made from 3B E-CR glass filaments, consisting of chopped fibers randomly and yet evenly orien-tated. The 50 mm length chopped fibers are coated with silane coupling agent and are held together using emulsion binder. CSM is particularly suitable for hand lay-up process using thermoset resin systems to manufacture wide range of products for automobile, recreation, chemical, electrical industries.CSM EM1011 conforms to BS 14118 and IS 11551.

3B Fiberglass DS 5163-13P chopped strand is spe-cifically designed for excellent per-formances in injection and transfer molding processes & applications.The sizing coated at the glass fiber surface is engineered for enhanced compatibility with phenolic and epoxy resin systems.Thanks to its very light color, this product can be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part.An innovative manufacturing techno-logy provides DS5163-13P chopped strand with an excellent strand inte-grity and bulk density. As a result this product exhibits excellent feeding properties with very low fuzz generation.

3B Fiberglass DS 2200-13P is a 13 μm filament dia-meter, 4 mm long chopped glass fiber designed for production of Polyolefin compounds.DS 2200-13P shows outstanding compatibility with Polypropylene. This is the material of choice for very high glass content (up to 50 %wt) compound grades that require good fiber dispersion as well as mechanical properties. DS 2200-13P is also desig-ned for parts weathering in prolonged contact with water, detergents and glycol. DS 2200-13P can also be used in applications complying with strin-gent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS. DS 2200-13P is supplied on a pel-letized form and offers outstanding feeding-to-extruder behavior as well as excellent fiber impregnation.DS 2200-13P’s sizing chemistry also requires reduced amount of coupling agents so that parts reach optimum mechanical performances.

3B Fiberglass CR 2080 consists of multiple continuous strands of smaller tex made from 3B E-CR glass wound onto a bobbin shape without mechanical twist and is free from static electricity generation.Choppable Roving CR2080 is silane sized and specifically designed for Sheet Molding Coumpound (SMC) application. SMC Rovings find appli-cations in automotive parts, sectional panel tanks, electrical items.2080 conforms to BS 14020 and IS 11320.

3B Fiberglass DS 8800-11P is a glass chopped strand specifically designed to rein-force high performance thermoplastic polymers, including PPS, PES, PSU, PPSU, PEI and PEEK. Furthermore, it shows interesting benefits in reinfor-cing PBT resins. 3B’s state-of-the-art manufacturing technology provides to DS 8800-11P very good strand integri-ty and bulk density leading to smooth compounders feeding, with low fuzz generation. DS 8800-11P displays excellent dis-persion within a large range of resin viscosities, enabling high glass fiber contents (> 55%). 3B Fiberglass DS 1135-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA. The product has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact and drinkable water norms (FDA, EC 10/2011, BfR and ACS).Its chemistry presents an excellent compatibility with flame retardant additives and impact modifiers.The performance in hydrolysis/glycolysis resistance is also very good.Therefore, the fiber is enhancing dry-as-molded and long-term properties, in a large range of natural and colored formulations.Finally, DS1135-10N is a multi-compatible chopped strand PA, with excellent strand integrity and bulk density.

Its sizing has been designed in order to offer excellent dispersion properties. It can also reinforce and offer excellent performances in all flame retardant and impact modified polyamide formulations. Thanks to its very light color, this product can be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part. 3B Fiberglass 108F-14P is specifically designed to reinforce polycarbonate PC compounds with low glass fiber loading (5-15%).Its unique sizing technology results in exceptional performances in terms of dimensional stability, dispersion, mechanical properties and color. This product is not sensitive to flame retardant additives. 108F-14P is also very effective for the reinforcement of PVC resins. An innovative manufacturing technology provides 108F-14P with a very good strand integrity and bulk density. 3B Fiberglass DS 7720-14P is designed to reinforce polyacetals POM resins with glass fiber. 3B Fiberglass CR 3037 consists of multiple continuous strands of smaller tex made from 3B E-CR glass wound onto a bobbin shape without mechanical twist and is free from static electricity generation.Choppable Roving CR3037 is silane sized and specifically designed to produce single or multi-layer fabrics for automobile, boat building, che-mical tanks. CR3037 is also recom-mended for continuous filament wind application to manufacture pipes and tanks.3037 conforms to BS 14020 and IS 11320.
