3B Fiberglass EM 1011 is a non-woven mat made from 3B E-CR glass filaments, consisting of chopped fibers randomly and yet evenly orien-tated. The 50 mm length chopped fibers are coated with silane coupling agent and are held together using emulsion binder. CSM is particularly suitable for hand lay-up process using thermoset resin systems to manufacture wide range of products for automobile, recreation, chemical, electrical industries.CSM EM1011 conforms to BS 14118 and IS 11551.

SE 3030 Direct Rovings present high level of fatigue performances, supe-rior interfibre and interlaminar shear strengths.

The silane sizing of R25H is designed for excellent adhesion to thermoset resins and is also drinking water contact approved. 3B Fiberglass W 3030 are specifically designed to provide significantly higher modulus, strength and enhanced fatigue performances versus traditional E-glass for wind tur-bine blades made out of unsaturated polyester, vinylester or Epoxy resin. HiPer-texTM W 3030 Rovings are per-fectly suited for the production of high modulus Non Crimped Glass Fabrics. The sizing W 3030 is purposely for-mulated for excellent adhesion with polyester, vinylester and Epoxy resin systems and leads to superior interfibre and interlaminar shear strengths as well as dynamic performances. 3B Fiberglass DS 3185E-10N is designed to reinforce polyester PBT resins. When molded this product exhibits excellent dry mechanical properties and good color characteristics.DS 3185E-10N can also reinforce and show excellent performances in blends with PET and flame-retardant formulations. An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS 3185E-10N chopped strand product with an excellent strand integrity and bulk density. As a result this product exhi-bits excellent feeding properties with low fuzz generation.DS 3185E-10N is also free of Nonylphenol Ethoxylates.
