DuraTite

DuraTite® Crystalline Admix is a permanent waterproofing admixture. When added to concrete or mortar, insoluble crystals are formed and developed in the water bearing capillaries of the mix, effectively blocking the passage of water and ensuring permanent water tightness throughout the life of the structure. DuraTite® Crystalline Admix can also be used in production of waterproofing mortars and surface applied slurry systems.

DuraTite® Foundation is a single-component, surface applied, crystalline slurry for concrete and cement protection. When applied to the surface of concrete or mortar, insoluble crystals form and develop in the water bearing capillaries, effectively blocking the passage of water and ensuring permanent water tightness throughout the life of the structure.

DuraTite® Repair Mortar is quick-setting, single-component, ready-to-use repair mortar for vertical and overhead applications. DuraTite® Repair Mortar consists of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand, and fiber reinforcements that reduce shrinkage and limit cracking. Chemicals withinDuraTite® Repair Mortar react with water and by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction, creating a crystalline complex integral to the concrete. The crystals grows in the presence of water and block the pours in the concrete and minor cracks, waterproofing the concrete. Once the solution is mixed, it may take several days for the pores to be completely blocked.

DuraTite® Plug is a fast-acting hydraulic cement plug that, when mixed with water, is used to stop actively flowing water and repair leaking cracks, holes, and joints. It uses a powerful crystalline formula that adheres to wet surfaces to create a water tight seal. It reacts with water and un-hydrated cement particles and forms insoluble needle shaped crystals that fill capillary pores and micro-cracks.
