Characteristics of the Product

Solubility: Due to its chemistry, APF200G Polymer demonstrates exceptional water hardness tolerance. Its solubility in calcium containing aqueous solutions is notably high as seen by Hardness Tolerance tests, where insoluble species formed in solution by polymer calcium complexation will scatter light and reduce the transmittance.

 Anti-precipitation: APF200 Polymer can increase solubility of precipitating salts by threshold effect thus increasing salt tolerance. Solubility enhancement reduces precipitation of low solubility inorganic salts (calcium organic/inorganic complexes and magnesium silicate in particular). This can significantly reduce scale formation and redeposition on glass, dishware, and fabric. Formation and growth of calcium carbonate crystals (Calcium Phosphate crystals or Calcium Silicate crystals) increase turbidity and reduce transmittance.

Dispersing Properties: APF200G Dispersant exhibits good dispersing activity which prevents precipitated crystals or other inorganic or organic particles from agglomerating and depositing on surfaces.

Dosage

To obtain an optimal efficiency, APF200G polymer should be used at levels between 50 and 500ppm in the wash bath ,for household or industrial purposes . This will correspond to 1 to 8% of APF200G in the washing powders and tablets( expressed as dry product). APF200G is suitable for P-containing detergents .
