EBECRYL® 641 is an amino-modified epoxy acrylate known for its high flexibility and reactivity. This product is specifically recommended for the production of UV flexo and screen inks, offering excellent flow, high gloss, and reactivity. In overprint varnishes, it enhances flexibility and adhesion to challenging substrates, including oxidative off-set prints. EBECRYL® 641 features long pot life, faster cycle time, high gloss, low-temperature curing, improved chemical resistance, and hardness. It is commonly used in radiation-curable coatings, particularly in applications such as textile manufacturing, other packaging coatings, and overprint varnishes.

Storage and Handling
Care should be taken not to expose radiation curable products to temperatures exceeding 40°C for prolonged periods or to direct sunlight. This might cause uncontrollable polymerization of the product with generation of heat. Storage and handling should be in stainless steel, amber glass, amber polyethylene or baked phenolic lined containers. Do not store this material under an oxygen free atmosphere. Use dry air to displace material removed from the container. This material should not be stored for more than 1 year.
