- USES:Apply hot glaze to fruit tarts and an array of other desserts to enhance appearance and shelf life.
- Directions
- Directions:Combine glaze powder and boiling water. Boil for three minutes or until pectin dissolves. Add sugar to mix and continue boiling for 1 minute. Pour into container and refrigerate. When the time comes to glaze your pastries, combine glaze with 20-30% water or fruit juice and bring mixture to a boil. Immediately brush glaze over pastries.
