  • USES:To glaze fresh fruit tarts, Danishes, petit fours, and mousse cakes.
Directions
  • Directions: Hook the bag fitting up to the sprayer connector and set the sprayer temperature to 190°F (85°C). Apply the glaze following the guidelines of the sprayer manufacturer. The Unifiller brand is the preferable unit to use with this glaze. The glaze can alsobe applied manually through the use of a microwave oven. Pour desired amount of glaze into a microwave safe dish and heat for 35 to 45 seconds to soften. Spread the glaze with a pastry brush
