Arista Industries Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Oil

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT's) are a class of fatty acids. Their chemical composition is of a shorter length than the long-chain acids present in most other fats and oils, which accounts for their name. They are found in edible oils and are primarily Caprylic (C8) and Capric (C10) fatty acids esterified with glycerol. MCT's are technically known as capric and caprylic fatty acids and behave completely differently from all other fats.
